They are wonderful people. They did a great job. They saved me money and got me an extended warranty. They got me a unit that had a longer warranty than the usual. They were looking out for me.

All of the technicians involved kept in touch with me regularly and updated me on their progress. CCC was flexible with scheduling and can't be beat.

Service was performed at a rental condo that I own. This was a $49 special that included one pound of freon, My system required 2 more pounds and while this was an extra charge (that I fully expected), I did get a 15% discount as an Angie's List member. Technician Billy was superb, explaining al the details and answering all my questions - very professional and great customer service!

I did a lot of research on my own so I could compare prices and services. I compared 3 installers from your list. All were very nice and were prompt. CCC had the best deal and they have an excellent reputation. Tomorrow CCC and I am going out to check the unit, as it now has been installed and is working fro two weeks.

Tony was wonderful. They came when they said they would. He took the time to show and tell me what exactly what was wrong. And I really appreciated that. He explained everything in detail to me and got eveything fixed.

This is a perfect example of why I always use an "A" rated Angie's List provider! First, my A/C wasn't cooling properly. Each year, I purchase a Certified Climate Control Angie's List Deal to tuneup my A/C. Josh called to give me his arrival time, and after looking things over, determined that my "middle-aged" system has a very slow coolant leak. Instead of just charging me $287.00 for installing a product called "Easy Seal," (my AL Deal was $49.00 which included 1 lb of coolant), he explained to me what it does and gave me the option of installing the product, or just topping off the coolant and probably seeing me again for the same thing next year. You see, the Easy Seal has between a 50%--75% chance of working, and it's expensive. However, since my system had an excellent chance that this would work (I don't have a heat pump), I elected to have him install it. If in 6 months it hasn't worked well enough to either keep my coolant loss to ounces instead of a pound or stop the leak altogether, they would reimburse me for one half of the cost of the Easy Seal! That's a very fair offer that I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten from any other company, and with my Angie's List discount, I was only charged $243.95! Score! My A/C is working very well right now, and I am more than pleased - Especially since I know that this company has and will always treat me fairly and do an awesome job!

It took a few visits, but in the end, we were very pleased with the work. After expressing some concern that our infant son's room was still colder than the rest of the house, the supervisor came out to check the work himself & make the necessary adjustments. Both contractors were very professional & thorough.

$49.00 Angie's List coupon checkup ended up costing about $400.00. Replaced two electrical parts in the 5-year-old heat pump. Much noisier than before. Not convinced that the repairs were absolutely necessary (the heat/AC worked just fine and had passed muster the previous year). I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth.

It didn't go. Due to their unwillingness to try to remedy the problem, i had the order cancelled.

Service tech Ernesto arrived timely, presented himself well and got right to work. I've never had such a thorough service call, regardless of what initiated it. He advised me what he was doing and why and made recommendations without trying to pressure me. If the other techs are as well trained as him, this business will be a rock star with Angie's List!

I was most impressed with the professionalism and courteous manner of Josh who came to service my a/c unit. Prior to this, I had companies service the unit with their only intent to try and sell me a new unit. While I understand that my unit is old (Josh verified that it won't "go on" forever), he explained in detail the problems and possible outcomes. He presented the Protection Plan, however, he was not aggressive in attempting to "sell" it to me. However, I did purchase it because in light of the age of the unit, I can rest at night knowing that I can contact this company in case of a problem and that I will get prompt and fairly priced service. Josh is to be commended for providing excellent service.

We have had a terrible time with dust in our home. I suspected it was the ductwork and after years of dealing with shady businesses decide to try out Angie's List. It was the best idea I have ever had! Right from the initial meeting everything went incredibly smoothly. The General Manager (I believe his name was Greg) came to our home and listened to our concerns about our ductwork and HVAC system. He the proceeded to do a very thorough job of inspecting everything. I trailed along and he took the time to explain everything that was wrong with the system. He was very patient and knowledgeable answering all of my questions without a trace of irritability. As I suspected the ductwork was a complete mess. We then decided on a game plan and was given a written estimate for what needed to be done. Shortly there after we had our service date and waited eagerly for the day to come. We received a phone call from the Certified Climate Control crew asking if it would be possible to move the date back a day, which was fine, and on that morning they called to ask if they could start a half an hour earlier...I was shocked and said , ?...of course?. Two gentlemen arrived, Lucky and I believe the young man's name was Brad. They explained once again what they were there to do, showed me a copy of their work order and promptly got to work. These guys were incredibly polite, neat and very efficient. The job took two days to complete and afterwards you would never know that we had had work done. If I had any questions, they answered them. They took the time to cover everything and cleanup after themselves. After completing the job they took me on a tour of what was accomplished. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The gentlemen who serviced our HVAC unit was also prompt and courteous. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing and cleaned-up after himself. I cannot express how impressed my family and myself are with Certified Climate Control. It is so refreshing to work with such a professional, polite and knowledgeable group of people. We would highly recommend them (and have) to friends, family & neighbors.

Technician was very knowledgeable about our HVAC system and explained the entire process to us before starting the work. He found a slight problem with our drains system and helped us understand why and how it needed to be fixed.

Fantastic! I love the professionalism and speed with which CCC provides. I highly recommend them to anyone and the team is small enough that in the Orlando area I've met the same technician twice which really made the experience more personal and pleasant!

Overall, it went well and they responded quickly. Scheduling was a bit shaky and my Husband indicated they rescheduled a couple times that week. We will need additional work based on recommendations they made.

Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed trustworthy. Received 15% off for being Angies' list member. I will definitely use this company again.

Dan was on time and very nice. He handled himself like a professional. In my experience with AC tech I fell as though I'm getting screwed. I didn't feel this way with Dan. I will definitely be using CCC again!

very informitive and used no scare tactics to get additional service

The visit was pleasant. Our house is extremely clean and the tech was nice enough to cover his shoes when he entered. He was very courteous and took the time to explain everything he had done.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. I have worked with them plenty of times before, so I knew what to expect. I bought two deals, one for each unit.

Certified Climate Control was extremely professional from day one. Greg White, the general manager, came out on Monday for the estimate ( I called on a Friday). He was punctual, friendly, very informative and knowledgeable. He pointed out that my return plenum was not big enough for a 4 ton AC (nobody from the other ac companies we had through the years even looked at that). Greg did all the right measurements and calculations, checked the air ducts and explained that I do not need to replace but rather repair the ducts and do some modifications. He wrote up a super estimate. I called later that afternoon to let them know that we are ready to do the work. They scheduled us for Wednesday (2 days later). The lead Installer Kevin and his help (sorry, forgot your name) were very friendly, hard working and very professional, they cleaned up very nicely and even took their shoes off when they had to come into the house. The work was completed that day, they handed me all the manuals and paperwork. Certified Climate Control gave me the info on how to contact Duke Energy, do a little survey to qualify for a $150 credit on my electric bill. They are even filling all the paperwork. After the install I was scheduled two weeks later for a final walk through. Today was that day; I had a couple questions about the warranty and the programmable thermostat. He (sorry forgot that name too) showed up right when promised, was extremely friendly, answered all my questions and reprogrammed a new feature into my thermostat. He posted a permit on my air handler and said that they will schedule an inspection with Seminole County.....no shortcuts on anything . The professionalism of this company was through the roof, never experienced anything like it and I am not that easily impressed. And to top things off, I received a $ 300 discount for being on Angie's List. THANK YOU!

Initially, I went on Angie's List and purchased a service inspection for my A/C. During the inspection Climate Control found out that my A/C was completely out of refrigerant and that I may have a leak. After doing some test that took a couple days, they determined that I had a leak in my coolant and in the cooper tubing lines. These cooper tubing lines were replaced in early 2012 by another A/C company because I had this same issue. Billy and Gary (Certified Climate Control) came out and pulled the old coolant that had only two days left on the warranty. The next day they had it on the counter ready to be swamped out for a new one. Three days later, Billy and Gary were back setting in the new coolant, replacing the cooper tubing lines and getting the unit back up and running. Very respectful and professional company. No other A/C company in the area tops these guys. How many A/C company's do you know that borrow your vacuum cleaner to clean up there mess?? Great Job, Dan Nichols
