The technician was named Charles. He did a very good job in checking out all mechanical and electrical components. Their point by point checklist is very helpful for understanding the health of your unit. He even completed a electrical component change (blower capacitor). Was on time and quite professional.

Highly Recommend! My service call was made on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend ... I called first thing in the morning and was scheduled for between 4-6 pm that day ... My service tech, Dan, was outstanding! I had a clogged drain on my a/c which had caused multiple issues ... he was very professional, very kind and very helpful .... even in the given circumstances he reassured me that all would be well and so it is! Bonus, this company offers a one year warranty on its' service work! Wow! Yes, I had to pay extra because it was a Sunday and a Holiday but I am so grateful that these guys over delivered!

The experience was amazing. This company is easy to reach, deal with and work with. Kevin was the person who did the install and he was a pleasure to work with as well. They came, did the installed and even followed up with calls. They came back after the installation and inspected to make sure everything was working the way it should be. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I can't say enough good things about this company. Great Service and communication. I just moved into the house, I knew there was a problem with one of the units. I purchased complete signature tune up off of Angie's list. The technician (Dan) called prior to arrival, he identified himself at the door. While performing the tune up he discussed the repairs that would need to be done. The work order was very accurate and I had no questions about what needed to be done, what the price would be and what was completed, every detail was covered. He replaced one filter because the existing one was the wrong brand, he told me which filter to purchase on the 2nd unit so that I could replace that myself. Part replacements were provided with an Angie's list discount. My large unit has an evaporator coil that is leaking, this is covered under warranty. This work was scheduled for the following week. The technician reviewed all work that was performed and told the the status of each unit and discussed protection plans with me. Prior to leaving he reminded me to lock my doors and close the garage doors, it was nice to have someone thinking about security after the appointment. The technician returned today to replace the evaporator coil on one of the units which was under warranty. He called prior to arriving. He performed the work that needed to be done and was just as informative and professional on the return visit as he was on the first visit. I purchased a protection plan and will continue to use Certified Climate Control. I would highly recommend them

Excellent on all levels. I felt they could be trusted compaired to the other contractors. They didn't push sales or unnecessary services, just here's what we have, this is what they can do and their features, which one would you like. Very Professional. Will be using them for all A/C needs.

Went very well. Still was't clear of where in the line set leak was but felt confident they did everything they could to check the lines.

We came home about a month ago to a hot house. Our vents were blowing warm air, upon inspection, we found the AC unit outside was not turning on. Certified Climate Control was able to come out the next day. They diagnosed the problem (a faulty control board) and bypassed it so that we could have a cool house. They also did a full inspection on our system. We booked the repair for the following week because they had to order parts. Unfortunately, a family emergency came up. It was easy to cancel the repair and reschedule for a later date. We had the services performed today. Both technicians who came out (the original who did the diagnosis and the one who did the repair) were prompt, polite, professional, and explained to us what they were doing the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

The office contacted me right away to set up a service appointment. When I asked to have an overflow shutoff installed, they told me no problem at all and that all service trucks have the parts to do that and they would give me a price to install that once they arrived and looked at my system. They gave me an appointment only seven days out. Tony called 45 minutes before his arrival and was prompt, neat and polite. When he arrived, we reviewed with him what we wanted and he got right to work. He checked out the entire system and changed the filter for us. He let us know how often we need to change the filter, where it was located, and how often to have our system regularly maintained. Then he told us that we already had one method of dealing with overflow and asked if we still wanted him to install the part I asked about. After talking with him about what was in place and how the new part would help, he gave us a price (Angie's list discount) and we decided that it was worth the $114 to have peace of mind when we weren't at home. He was friendly, but right down to business and cleaned up after himself. I would most definitely have Certified Climate Control come out to do our regular service or to deal with any problems that crop up. Very fairly priced ($44 for the service appointment and then $114 for the shutoff) and they sent us a hard worker! We are very pleased.

First of all I need to say I failed to review Certified Climate Control sixteen months ago (Dec. 2014) when they originally installed this unit. I found CCC on Angie's list and decided to go with them based on the reviews. From the sales department to the installation team we were delighted with our experience. Three weeks ago (March 2015) I had CCC out for annual maintenance - again a professional experience. Much to my surprise and annoyance yesterday (4-19-15) my unit stopped blowing cold air. I called CCC and they came out this afternoon. Ernesto spent the next 4 hours (in rain) diagnosing and repairing the refrigerant leak. He arrived sooner than originally scheduled, was professional, knowledgeable, and cordial. There was no charge as the unit is under warranty. No charge for labor, no charge for parts, no charge for refrigerant. Certified Climate Control is an excellent, reputable company of highly trained professionals and it's with extreme pleasure and confidence I strongly recommend them.

He came in time and got right to work. When he completed his work he filled out a written summary of what he did. He left no mess behind. I was pleased!

The gentleman they sent was extremely polite and knowledgeable - very helpful and made realistic recommendations to us for the safety and future of our units. We would definitely hire them again.

As always the tech did a great job. I'm amazed at how thorough the service is - he was here almost 3 hours! Fantastic company!

Billy explained each item and why it needed to be corrected. He had all the parts on his truck to perform the service then. We asked for his professional help explaining we could not afford to perform all fixes at this time. He gave us options explaining what and why things should be handled today vs what could wait for another time. We replaced the capacitor, repaired the drain line , replaced the disconnect and electrical whip (which had come apart) and provided a chemical clean AC rail. All of these things help the system run cleaner providing lower electrical bills! We where delighted with the professional service and value of services performed. So much so that we recommended to our church Certified Climate Control 3 days later. I selected this company based upon the A rating and comments of others. It was the right decision. Would use them in the future.
