Seemed to do a complete inspection. No complaints.

I bought the deal but was unable to use them as my A/C had died and they were unavailable for the next few days. I hired someone else.

They did an excellent job. It was all things that my husband agreed needed to be done and then my husband was there when they were doing it and they did a fabulous job.

Josh was timely, very professional, comprehensive, and reasonably priced. I was very pleased with Josh thorough service and professionalism. He took his time checking everything about my a/c and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would use them again in the future.

Josh did a great job. The AC inspection was professional, comprehensive, and reasonably priced. This is my third time using this company.

It went better then expected, I was very happy at all that was included in the check up of the AC, would definitely use them again and would recommend then to anyone.

Gary was fabulous. He took the time to explain things and do things right. I wish more doctors had this type of service. Very impressed.

Had to schedule my appointment for the next week, no big deal, my system is working and they are clearly easy. I'm sure if it were an emergency situation they'd be available right away. Had an appointment Tuesday and nobody showed. No call, no "hey sorry can we reschedule". Sure, I could have called and asked what's up, but really, should I have to? I'd still likely do business with them in the future cause they seem to have a good operation going, but for this job, I am going to have to look elsewhere. UPDATE: I got a call from their service manage who apologized and said they wanted to make it right. They sent out a tech to do the tune up free of charge. The tech Billy was incredibly talented and found an issue with my system that was causing it to run many hours more than it should. I paid to have this service done because I trusted Billy. Would definitely recommend this company.

I could not be happier with this service. The technician that came out was on time and even called ahead to say that he was on his way. This was, without a doubt, the most complete and thorough AC service I have ever had. The technician took his time to check everything out and make logical recommendations where appropriate. The work was completed in a professional manner and when it is time for my next service I will be purchasing a maintenance contract to ensure that this company services my system for years to come.

This company is great and only one that found the problem and corrected it. Certified Climate Control first sent a serviceman who checked the system and said a leak test should be done ,but it was late afternoon and raining so hard I said it would be okay with us if he scheduled it for another day. He was able to recharge the coolant to keep us okay until their return. They made the appointment before he left and the man was considerate and helpful. The next service man arrived as planned and was here over three hours, working hard the entire time. He worked inside and outside finding the defective part. He replaced the part, and a needed filter,, etc., informing us of all he did and no one could have done the job better or have been more understanding. I had tried previously to have the unit repaired and though I was charged,. NO ONE was able to find the true problem and repair it. Thus, I am very grateful to Certified Climate Control and their amazing service and, reasonable cost. I am an older woman, with a very ill husband I care for at home and believe sometimes service people don't take time to inform us of problems and choices to correct them, ,so it is wonderful to have a company with service people who do treat customers well. I HOPE ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN EXCELLENT AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY WITH GREAT SERVICE PEOPLE WILL CALL; CERTIFIED CLIMATE CONTROL. Hopefully, you will be as satisfied as we are and enjoy Florida living despite the outdoor heat. t.

It could not have gone better. We are very pleased.

Everything seemed to be just fine. I would recommend them. I read the reviews and they seemed to be fine, and I thought it was a competitive deal so I purchased it. He was a very pleasant man who went about his business. He told me I needed to replace my filter and that was all.

They did an inspection and found a faulty valve. They replaced it and fixed something else.

Took for ever to contact me after purchase of a tune-up deal. I had to call twice to get a date when they would come out and never got called back until the day they said they would be there in 20 minutes.

Called Certified after we had another company tell us we had a system leak and needed to replace the coils at around $2300. We were suspect of this and hired Certified to do a check of the system. The tech was very thorough and informative. He spent a lot of time going over the system and confirmed there was no leak and the system was in good working order. Fraud is a problem unfortunately among some unscrupulous companies. It was nice to deal with an honest company. I highly recommend Certified. I was impressed with how they do business and have signed up for a service contract with them.

Did not use. Like another reviewer, I called with an emergency and was told by the "upbeat" woman that answered the phone, that sorry, but they couldn't come today, and they were booked solid tomorrow. Being in Florida, A/C is more of a necessity, and I was willing to wait an extra day, if I knew someone was coming. But the woman didn't even discuss "when" someone could be able to get out to see me, so I ended the conversation and called someone else.......who happened to be there within 3 hours!

hey came out on time and were friendly and knowledgeable.

The unit was under warranty. Free labor and materials. I have a service contract with them too.

Added UV light, changed filter provided yearly service. Technician was on time and was thorough but quick. Did a great job.

Never contacted or used them. Just trying to get Angie to get off my case about reviewing this company I never used.

The tech was friendly and professional, he arrived on time and was very informative. I was very happy and will definitely call again.

He was very polite. He took time to explain things to me and also on what not to spend my money on. I had a really bad cigarette smell when I bought my home and he gave me advice on what to do to get rid of the smell.
