Some confusion with appointment

Mr. Hill went out of his way to rectify an issue I was having with a repair. I am totally impressed with the customer service I have received.

The company was professional, friendly and responsive in setting up the appointments and performing the service. I purchased two of these tune up packages for two different homes. Jenni in the scheduling office explained what would be done as part of the service and then scheduled the appointments accordingly. Charles did a thorough cleaning of both the inside and outside units and then provided an explanation of what he had done along with some recommendations for service plans offered by the company. The optional service offerings were explained without any pressure

Provider was helpful and provided a nice review. Would use again and take advantage of another deal.

Last month my a/c converter went out one evening after hours. I called Certified Climate Control and they sent Technician Josh out late the following afternoon. It was horrid hot and Josh probably could have sold me just about anything as long as his potential sales pitch ended with 'yes, i can fix your a/c TODAY'. I was especially pleased tho when Josh checked the system out and advised that the sole culprit was a faulty capacitor and that he could have my system up and running for a mere $232.74. Given the integrity & a/c smarts of this technician as well as what struck me as reasonable pricing, i also went ahead and had Josh replace the contactor since the old one had never been replaced and was looking ragged even to my untrained eye. It was in effect a pleasure doing business with this company from the get go. The ladies in the office were courteous & efficient and Josh was a virtual ball of fire in getting the a/c system back up and cranking out cool air. Many thanks to each of you for your efforts!

On time, took care of rental house a/c unit, they did a great job and very professional.

We just moved into a new home and I wanted to get a real evaluation of our AC system so we would know what we were working with. Angie's List was running a deal on these inspections, so we contacted Certified Climate Control. Certified Climate Control came out and did a thorough inspection that we were very satisfied with--our inspector arrived on time, wore shoe covers in the house without being asked, was polite, and (most importantly!) knowledgeable. We got a really helpful scorecard that graded our AC system and detailed notes about what he found. We highly recommend their services!

I am glad I read the positive reviews about CCC and chose them to replace our HVAC system. They were professional and honest from start to finish. They not only installed the new system, but fixed problems in the ductwork and all for a great price. There was a small issue with the upstairs bonus room not getting cold enough & it took 2 guys coming out to try - but I understand it was a little bit confusing with a 3-zone system & some other weird issues regarding the initial set-up - not CCC's fault. Jay worked on the issue until I was satisfied - he is a true expert. He ended up replacing the grills in the bonus room that were too restrictive and also pushing the air straight on the thermostat, giving it a fals sense of coolness. I would strongly recommend CCC to anybody!!

Billy came out and worked on our AC unit. He was super punctual, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He inspected our unit inside and out and found a few things that weren't properly set and installed from the original install and prior fixes. He made the necessary changes and replaced a broken piece under warranty. He cleaned our filter and gave us a step by step play of what he was doing and what was wrong and what we could do to make the unit run more efficiently. At the end he gave us a "report card" of how he left our unit which I find most helpful for future use. We were quite please with the service and so happy we contacted them. Thank you for the great job.

It went very well. I have used them in the past. They do not try to over sale. I got a quote from someone else that was $2000.00 more. The area wear the air handler looks better than before.

Another satisfied customer. From the initial call for Seminole county area to setting the appt, to cost, to the serviceman who arrived to do the work, all interactions were professional and timely. Serviceman was polite and detailed. Said my unit was still good to go but to watch one area that was currently working in norm but did have slight variations. Told me what to look for. Did not try to sell up or anything. Installed thermostat I bought and said it was comparative to what they offered. Straightforward and professional. Would RECCOMEND them and WILL use them for my Hvac needs in the future.

Well, Angie's List stop bugging me for reviews. Don't make every d*** field required. AC service was just fine.

Came out on an emergency basis to fix leaking air conditioning unit. Explained everything that they did. I used them in the past and will use them again.
