I have used Certified Climate Control for past 3 years and have always been satisfied with their work.

Excellent, thorough job. Very professional from first contact to completion of service call.

They were good. They came out not too long after the purchase of the deal. I had them come out before the tune up because I had something happen. I need to call them back on something so I don't think I can answer the quality grade right now, I'm not sure. There were some conflicts with first what I had them come out here for the first time and some of the service overlapped and, anyway everything worked out fine. I would recommend them.

Our AC diagnostic for our new home turned into several parts needing replacement. After 4 visits and 3 different techs, there was concern as to the legitimacy of the repairs. This company went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and understood all the repairs that were necessary. This included a personal visit from management to go over everything and a weekend visit from a 4th tech to ensure everything was working properly...at no additional cost. We were extremely impressed! They won our business for sure!

Received a call that they were running ahead of schedule.Tony arrived about an hour before original time given.Everything went very well he was very professional and knowledgeable will use them annually.

I hired Certified Climate Control to come out and do a tune up on our air conditioning system. It was a great experience and I was especially impressed with the technician Josh. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any air conditioning work done in the Central Florida area!

Josh did the best service job we have ever had with any company. He took two hours to complete the service. With their Angie's List Specials and Discounts, it only cost us $173.95 and that is with 4 cans of refrigerant that had to be added. Josh hosed down the outside unit and got out all the dirt. He flushed the drain lines with water and a shop vac until the water ran clear. He started checking the system inside and out taking multiple readings. He was so nice in explaining everything he did. He rewired some of the outside wires that were loose. He knows we are getting a new unit from their company, so he asked if it was okay to add the right amount of refrigerant or just enough to get by until we replace the unit. I asked him to add the full amount because it will be a couple of months, He added four cans (one was free from Angie's). He again did multiple readings to make sure everything was running correctly. Se sprayed the inside condenser with antimicrobal spray to kill any mildew. He even changed the filter we provided. He did a great job. He even wore shoe covers to keep the carpets clean. .All of the employees that I have had dealings with at CCC, including Mike Mason, Josh, Ernesto, Jody, Jennifer, and Shelly are very nice and do their jobs extremely well. Thank you for the great service.

Greg, the manager initially came out and took a look at our inside and outside units. The outside was shot, inside was fine, but not matched to the outside unit. Both were 10 years old. So we opted for a whole new unit. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. We wanted to go with Certified but prudence dictated more estimates. In the end we had 3 more done. All were higher priced and none seemed as professional as this company. So we went with them. Two installers came and put in a new system. They had trouble and needed to reroute water pipes and fit a new larger unit into a smaller space. Lots of work. Did it fine. One problem, there's was a faulty valve in the new Bryant unit inside. So they couldn't get it to stay on without the breaker's going. They immediately scheduled a different tech to come out the next morning and replace that part. New tech, Billy, came out next day. Very knowledgeable. Replaced the valve, and then had trouble with the float filling up. Again, this unit was bigger than old one and sat differently in wall. He altered pipes again and built in a new trap to alter water pressure and unit worked fine. He also worked on dampening the sound of the inside unit. Didn't bother me but it did my wife. He actually padded the blower with insulation (definitely extra) and it ended up quieter. He then scheduled a final inspection a week later. Third tech came yesterday. He inspected everything to make sure it was all good after running for a week. He also changed the breakers to reflect the electricity change of this unit drawing less power than the old one. He was out in about 40 minutes. Again, very nice and professional. So. 3 visits, 4 guys, all pro, all friendly, all very knowledgeable. I would/will use this company for a long time. They were superb.

Billy came in with a very high work ethic, very knowledgeable and very considerate in what he was doing for us. He told us exactly what he needed from us in order to do the work for us. He was very easy to work with and helped us so much. We were very impressed with his knowledge but also the amount of empathy he showed us. You don't usually see that in a service man but Billy was wonderful. I highly recommend asking for Billy when you call them!

I wasn't there when they did the inspection. The only problem was I tried to get a hold of the guy that did the inspection to get more information of what was wrong but he was hard to get in contact with. They left a note detailing what was wrong. One of the issues was that my thermostat had a problem but it didn't go into detail of what was wrong with it. I kind of wish they would have gone into more detail and I wish their handwriting was a bit better on the sheet that they gave me. And I wish they'd give me a call back to explain some of the issues and how I would fix it. They were pretty good but I think they need to work on their communication and the details of the investigation.

Great, came on time and fixed leak.

Some confusion as to what I was getting. Was advised I was getting my coils cleaned and then when the tech came out was advised it was a sanitized clean only, an actual through clean would cost me another $400 some dollars. Don't recall whether this was specified to me or not but did not know there was a difference in the types of coil cleans so it seems a bit like the typical bait and switch techniques many contractors use. The tech was through timely and very polite. Unit functions properly and he did apologize and say he would tell the manager but I didn't get a call. They did state that I should pass on paying someone to clean my ducts as it can do more harm than good which was helpful. Overall I was very excited except the fact that the coil clean to be FULLY cleaned and not just sanitized was another $400. I have no issue with the charge it was simply disappointing that fact wasn't made explicitly clear to me prior to the service. I joined Angie's list as I want to get good service and not have bait and switch/up charge scenarios. I normally wouldn't post a negative review at all but I think people need to know. I also waited for the manager to call me which did not happen even though the tech said he would pass on my concern. So I'm torn on this one but be aware, the service maintenance that they offer does NOT include the full coil clean. Even without it it was a good value. Just wish they would be more clear and follow up with their customers concerns.

Charles is fabulous. Extremely professional and thorough. Took his time and detailed everything for me. Absolutely top notch!

This is a follow-up to comments made in the 10/23/15 entry regarding price and a $6 credit for work performed. Jason called me immediately after reading my entry. He assured me a credit had been placed in my account and offered to send a check but I declined and told him I will definitely be using CCC again for next year's tune-up. It's great when you can find a company that makes certain its customers are satisfied Thank you, Jason!

VERY thorough and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use them again.

He explained everything and when he went in the backyard to hose down the outdoor part of the unit he took 20 minutes to flush out all the dirt. He took his time and explained everything to my son who was at my house to meet the man. He also relayed his observations of the A/C unit and then called me and repeated it all. He wasn't pushy at all and was knowledgeable. I would have them do this service again in a heartbeat.

Performed a tune up and found an issue I did not know about with the AC unit

Provider did arrive within the stated time window (just). Provider performed a thorough system evaluation and found the problem. Also, he installed a (fancy) new thermostat (I provided) very quickly. He provided information which should reduce future expense. Can see why the company has Angie's List outstanding award.

We were very very happy with every aspect of this purchase from beginning to end. We had to wait a couple weeks for it all to be completed but it was the middle summer in central Florida so we were glad it was not a couple of months. Also part of our wait actually consisted of waiting for the unit we chose to arrive from the manufacturer. We will certainly use them for all our a.c. needs from now on and will recommend them highly. So glad I found them on Angie's List.

The technician was very knowledgable and took his time to explain what he did to the units and what steps I could take to keep them running efficiently.

Technician got here late, but called me to let me know. He started working on my A/C units right away. He had an inspection sheet that he filled up for all 3 units, and explained to me what the numbers meant. He cleaned up the drains, filled with coolant when necessary, and gave me tips on how to maintain the units properly. Recommended 1 thermostat to be changed, but no pressure. One of the A/C units might be leaking, he said he filled it, it needs to be checked next year to advise on fixing/replacing. Overall, the inspection and tune up was just that, with no pressure to buy more services. Very happy, and will call again in the future, hoping he can be more on time.

The service was excellent. He was here on time, took his time and was very thorough. I was impressed with their work.

It went very well. I always use Certified Climate Control as they have been a wonderful company to deal with.

I thought the service technician was very good. He spent a couple hours and checked all of the components.He went over his report with me in detail, much better then the company I used before, which happened to be the one who had the contract to install all of the units in our development when it was built. I am glad that I shopped around and that I had the benefit of all of the other customers experience to guide my selection. I had used this company in the past for a replacement of one of the units and liked them so I now use them for the maintenance as well.

This company was awesome from start to finish. There were 2 technicians both days and they arrived on time, they were extremely professional and worked in a timely manner. Also, the office staff were very professional and helpful as well. They contacted me the day before the service as a reminder.
