The project, from the initial meeting to the final installation check, was seamless. They took of everything, including filing the warranty. Everyone was very professional. I recommend them, highly. And I love my Daikin!

Had an appointment for have my AC check as it wasn't cooling right and not able to maintain the right temperature i wanted. Appointment is set between 5-8 pm and i actually got a call that AC tech can actually come in earlier which is great! Kelly i think or Shelly, the very nice receptionist was nice enough to let me know that. And Josh, the very nice and professional AC tech also gave me a courtesy call that he will be able to come in earlier. It was also raining that afternoon, but Josh came in on time. He was very nice and friendly and was able to answer all the questions i have in mind. He was the 4th one to come. The past 3 were sent by my landlord and did a terrible job. As a member of Angies List i took it upon myself to set the appointment this time and CCC having most of the positive and excellent reviews caught my eye and i decided to give them a try and im so glad i did! Josh is very respectful of my place. He even put a cover on his shoes to make sure dirts don't come in to my condo. None of the other technician who came before did that. He took his time to analyze the problem and gave my landlord a call to informed him of the problem. He didn't rush his work. I am so completely satisfied with his work and professionalism. CCC, you are very lucky to have an employee like Josh! I will definitely use you guys again and wont hesitate to refer your company to my friends and family. I do not usually write reviews, but Josh and Kelly or Shelly ( nice lady who set the appointment ) did an excellent job! Josh was honest and respectful and very intelligent. The service went fine. They had a bunch of stuff they tried to upsell me on and it was a lot more expensive than anybody else. I think their pricing was way higher than anybody else in the market. They were very thorough. I have not used them again. I had a bunch of other work done and I chose not to go with them.

I have no idea if they would have been good or bad, as when I called to schedule a service call for the a/c in my house not working, they told me on May 26th that they could not come out for anything until June 6th.

They showed up on time. The employees were very professional. I am very happy with the work they did. The price was better than the other quotes I received because CCC included items that the other vendors were going to charge extra.

I compared prices with 3 companies and Certified Climate Control had the best price. They were very professional throughout the process from estimate to installation. After the installation they sent out a supervisor who found a rather minor issue with the installation. The supervisor returned and made an optional change in the placement of the filter, making it more convenient for me to change the filter. He could have charged a couple hundred dollars to do this, but he did not charge me for the second trip or for making the adjustment.

I called them because several of my neighbors raved about them and their prices. I had Greg W come to my home to provide an estimate for a new a/c system. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. When it came to the actual estimate he was a bit higher than some of the other estimates I received. I told him about the other prices I had received and showed him the written estimates from other competitors and asked if he could come close to their offer. He actually told me one of the competitor estimates was an excellent deal and if it were him he would jump on it and that he couldn't come down to their price. I was floored by his honesty and integrity. To be honest, being that I know nothing about hvac he could have told me the other company was crappy, or that the brand was horrible, or anything similar to sway me away from the competitors. But he praised the competitor for being a good company and giving me a great offer. He even told me what to ask for to make the deal even sweeter. Who does that??!! It is very hard making large purchases like this especially when you don't know alot about the products. You are kind of at the mercy of the salespeople and have to discern if they are telling you the truth or not. I would totally recommend Certified Climate Control and Greg especially for being honest, upfront, and fair. Excellent company! Thank you so much!

CCC did a great job in installing my new AC system. The installers arrived at 9:30am and they stayed till 11:30pm that night. It was not the easiest install they have done. Through all the issues the installers where kind and professional. I went out a few time to check on them and had a great conversation with them. The only problem I had was i ordered a 5" filter on the new system. When the installers installed the air handler with the new filter housing it was to large to fit into the space for the handler. A simple measurement when I ordered the system would have helped stopped many the problems the installers had. Because of that I did not get my 5" filter. Once again the installers where the best in the business. They stayed late until the project was done. I would use CCC again. Actually I will be using them to service my rental property's AC system.

Checked all areas and discovered that our vents in the attic were getting loose from the main lines. That was making the "sneaker smell" in my home. From mildew/dampness in the attic. So we retaped these lines with little drywall patch AND WALA!!!!!! No problem from that day on. We are so grateful that we got a through inspection. Thanks Paul

Could not have been better. I had several companies provide quotes to replace my HVAC system, they were all good but Certified stood out right away. I had contacted Certified Climate Control based entirely on their positive reviews on Angie's List. They were not the most expensive nor were they they least expensive but I just had a real good feel for the company from the beginning. They were completely honest and upfront from the beginning and I really appreciated and respected the initial salesman that came to the house. He never sat down and brought out books and articles or talked about financing and warranties. He went right to work with measuring and looking at the ducts. It was all business. The set up and install was fast and the men that came to the house for the installation were very good. No mess at all and they kept us totally up to speed with the process as it went along. The follow up has been great as well. I have already had a phone call and an on-site inspection and walk through from Certified Climate Control. I am so glad that I used Certified for this purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace their AC system.

I had a 3 pm appointment but was contacted by the office in the am if they could come sooner in order to accomodate another customer who couldn't keep an earlier appointment. I agreed and Paul was 5 minutes early for the 1 pm earlier appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable, neat and thorough, completing his work in a timely manner. This is the second time I used this company and will continue to as long as I receive the excellent service and reasonable costs I have so far.

Perfect. Even went into attic to check ductwork and found leak in trunk line. Will continue to use.

Service experience was very good. 23 year old system is performing much better. Technician was polite, professional and helpful. It did,however, take two weeks before technician coils perform the service.

My system lost all refrigerant over the winter, so everything was down including the heat. Set up another appointment for a cost estimate for replacement of system. That's another story. Spoiler alert: I went with another A/C company that I had found on Angies List for the new A/C system.

The entire team, from Mike Mason, the installers (Kevin and workmate), the office personnel and to Jason Bowers, were all professional, punctual and knowledgeable This was something that we had hoped not to have to do so early, but Certified Climate Control made our choice less stressful. They did not hesitate to answer my calls or texts before and after install. They replaced everything (Heat pump, air handler, wires under house, dampers and thermostats), nothing (except ducting) from the old unit was kept. Other companies were charging more and not doing as much. The system is exactly what Mike said it would be. It is so quiet, in fact I had to get close to the units to see if they were running. Installation went well. Aftermath was a trauma. Their office clerk messed up the county inspections so that I was plagued with several visits and non-visits due to her incompetence and failing to coordinate with the electrician's company. That finally got done. I was promised a rebate of $350.00 from Duke Energy. When more than two months went by, I called to inquire and was told by Duke that there would be no rebate due to the fact that the previous heating source was gas. They further stated that the installer knows that and it's clearly on the rebate form. I am beginning to think that the whole outfit is full of ding-dongs who don't know much at all. I received a postcard from the manufacturer of the unit saying it was due for servicing in order to keep the warranty in effect. Upon calling them, they admitted an oversight as it is not due till January of next year. I asked them if I had to have it serviced by the installer in order to keep the warranty in effect; they said no. So I will have it serviced by someone else when the time comes as I no longer trust them.

My system had been icing over at the air handler coils. I left my system off, defrosted and cleaned the top of the coils and yet it continued to ice over. We then purchased this Service through Angies List and a service tech came out. He looked at how my system was performing and without doing any work started to sell a new system for $5K+. Obviously, a lot of money at-once if you're not ready for it. Called and got a second opinion from another company. The technician showed up and did what I failed to do, cleaned the underneath side of the air handler / coil which was accessed from the vent inside my house. He vacuumed the collected debris, used a brush to get the remainder off and then used some coil cleaner and installed a new filter. Afterwards, using his gauges, checked my compressor for leaks and the unit held solid for over 10-minutes. Two summer seasons later, still going strong.

Very pleased, they were honest and fair about what our condenser needed and fixed it. Very happy with the price and performance.

They did it and did a great job. The work they did was great. They did try to up-sell me but I knew better. They did the job that needed to be done. I didn't like the fact that they were trying to up-sell me on something I knew I didn't need. The young man who did the work was professional but I had some trust issues with them. I'd consider myself a customer with high expectations and I am frequently disappointed by service providers. This was not the case with the Certified Climate Control team. The installers, office team, and the service manager were great. They do good work, follow-up and stand by it. I have used them twice for major and I am happy to recommend them. Even the City inspector complimented the installation. We had a drain line trigger the system cutoff and Jason came out on a Sunday evening to fix it. Highly recommended!

Perfect...and preventative maint on another unit to prevent same problem Not just a quick once over, a complete maint review everytime.

The tech was great. He took care of the inspection and informed me of everything that had an issue. Not once did he try to pressure me into having anything extra done. It made me feel like I could really value the tech and his company.

Wonderful! From the day of the original quote, to the installation, to the final inspection, Certified Climate Control exceeded my expectations. The Sales Rep took time and explained my options for system efficiency. The installers worded as a team and were very efficient. The inspector owned the work. He wanted to ensure it was up to his standards. They all showed ownership of the company. Excellent customer service.

Got a quick call back from the company, set the appointment and they were there when expected. The tech was friendly and professional, did the work and reviewed what he did. Also left a list of additional recommendations. No high pressure. I would use again.
