Certified Climate Control

Project went very smoothly. Estimate beat out the other 3 companies AND I got an 18-seer unit from major manufacturer. Professional all-the-way, office staff, estimator, installers and follow-up. Decided to replace the old '90s era 10-seer 3-ton AC unit as well as the natural gas furnace (which was rusted and not usable). Got a new 18-seer 2-stage AC with new efficient gas furnace and 2-speed fan unit with UV sterilizer. All for less than the other 3 companies wanted for less efficient systems.

It went very well. The salesman was upfront. The techs were responsive and easy to work with.

They are responsive and if we have any problem they do come out.

I signed up for one of their plans where they give me discounts and they put me on priority if I should have a problem. There are always friendly people over there and they have been working on my unit for years and they know it. I'm very happy with them. They always take their time and answer all my questions.

This was a $55 big deal purchase. They are very good and very professional. The price was good. I have used them again. They are very punctual, get the job done and are not trying to gouge you on prices.

They did an excellent job for us. We had another company initially trying to fix our system, but because of the high price tag solution, we decided to get a second opinion from CCC. Jason thoroughly explained the cause for our a/c issues and the proper solution. They replaced our duct work immediately and ended up saving us $1,000 from the previous company pricing. Our a/c has never worked as good as it does now. The inconsistency of a/c delivery in the house is gone. The system runs quieter and has been costing us less each month as a compare same months from previous years.

Paul arrived on time (called just prior to arrival) and went right to work. He was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable. He also discovered the breaker was bad and replaced it. I signed up for regular maintenance and got a surge protector free which Paul installed. Paul made recommendations for additional A/C services, but was never pushy. He let me decide. what I would or would not have done. He was very thorough. My A/C is running much more efficiently so I should see my monthly bill reduced as well. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Certified Climate Control.

The work went well, we were provided an overview/rating of our HVAC unit. Although there were items which require attention, there was no push from the company to get them corrected right away. Or, any push that is must be done by Certified Climate Control (CCC). The service man provided a checklist and also provided a list of services offered by CCC for us to look over and make our own decision. No pressure is what we liked and the professionalism of the service received.

Initially the appointment was canceled by CCC, but when we called they stepped up and sent the tech over, and then two more. Very pleased with their service.

Prompt and efficient work again will continue to use.

I received great info and a thorough check was performed on the unit: interior and exterior. GREAT PRICE ON REFRIDGERANT FILL AND TUNE-UP!!

I think they over sold the system to me yeah because on the same ones I replaced two A/C on two property and another property you know I pay a thousand dollars more but I get a hell of a lot better system better brand better remote, a better everything, better overall everything the service was good but the selling price is what disappointed me I'm in Florida you don't live in Florida you probably don't know this is the summer time it is hot it is so hot extremely hot and people die, people die here without no A/C so when my A/C broke and so it felt like I had no choice at that time I just wanna I want something up and running soon so I felt like they took advantage of that situation. I used the Certified Climate Control for four years I think at least four years I mean in terms of service they good in term of like when something break I call them they come and they take care of the problem if the problem doesn't go away they'll come back and take care of it for free I mean everything was great if you call me three months ago and ask me what do I think about Certified Climate Control I would have rated them an A but the reason I'm giving them a B because I felt like I got, I was disappointed with the selling price they gave me.

They found out that it was a new blower motor I required and not a fast start unit which another company told me I needed; It was a smart move to get a second opinion and I am convinced that Certified Climate Control company is more reliable than my previous company. Being a contractor myself I was pretty impressed. My attic is a difficult layout and CCC came up with an "outside the box" solution to installing the air handler. CCC's solution was cheaper and much easier for me to access the air filter than the previous bidder's solutions. Their fabrication of the box to support the air handler and duct work was made on site. It was completed quickly, built solid and professionally. These guys know what they are doing. CCC respects your home and every one of the employees took their shoes off or put on slip covers before entering. The installers laid drop cloths from the front door to the attic opening along with sweeping up afterwards. The whole project was completed in one day. They also did a follow up two weeks after install to make sure the unit is functioning properly. Follow up includes hooking up gauges and making sure all is ready for the inspector. I highly recommend Certified Climate Control.

We came home from a family trip on Saturday night and found out our A/C had died while we were out of town. Called CCC on Sunday based on the tremendous number of positive reviews and the fact that they advertise an "emergency" number on their website. Unfortunately, the soonest appointment they could book was the following Friday! Since we have an infant in the house, a week w/out A/C simply isn't an option. I ended up going with another vendor that was willing to come out the same day, though.

Some work was recommended and we had a nice discusion about what was urgent and what was not to prolong the life of the unit. The prices seemed reasonable and he didn't push us to get the work done, just explained what would happen if parts failed so we got part of the work done and will wait on the other. He was very nice and courteous and didn't mind answering my 50 questions about the system.

Overall good job. On time and efficient. Gary was professional and informative throughout the job.

They did well. We are satisfied with them at present. He spent time talking to us and explaining about different things. We feel like he did a good job and we're fairly confident with the service from them at this point. We expected that they would be here automatically a couple of months earlier. If they did have a problem with extra calls, they could have called us to let us know because we pay monthly. Since we're paying customers, they have to be responsibility to be responsible to us. They do good work but we don't watch them as they do it, so we rely on what they tell us.

Billy was an amazing technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly what he was doing and the condition of the A/C system. Couldn't be more pleased with Certified Climate Control as a company. He noticed the capacitor needed to be replaced and replaced while onsite. Excellent job.

I had issues with them in the beginning but they gave me money off when they installed the new unit. They took care of me, they were professional and courteous.

Staff and technicians are very professional. They arrived promptly and didn't make a huge mess while they worked. They were very polite to us and they appeared to work efficiently together. They completed the removal of our old system and installation of our new system in about 6 hours. It works great! We are very pleased with our experience and glad to have found this company.
