They did a nice job and Mike followed through with the job making sure we were happy. We check a lot of companies out and they were very professional and were insured and made it a easy experience.

We purchased our home this year, which was built in 2013. We were unaware of the service history, so I found this company on Angie's List. They were highly rated, and what I liked best was that they offer annual service plan contracts, discounts, and they are available on weekends for emergencies. The technician arrived promptly and was very thorough and professional. He cleaned our lines and helped me change the filter. He gave us many tips to keep our unit running efficiently, and also installed a surge protector. They offer 3 flexible plans and payment options (we went for the mid-range Premium Plan, 14.95 monthly, which is very reasonable).

I purchased a ACHV system from CCC 6 years ago. Mr. Hill has integrity, demonstrates value and quality. His team continues to provide professional service. Each tech presents themselves well, neat, clean and well spoken. Garey absolutely is a ACHV rockstar. I have and would recommend 100% CCC for your ACHV needs. Thanks Mr. Hill for opening your business and training your team to do the right thing the right way the first time. PS the customer service telephone reps are so polite and responsive.

Called in the morning to schedule a same day appointment - very friendly & professional lady answered the phone. I got an appointment - a little while later they called to let me know that another customer had to cancel and they had an earlier appointment available - it worked perfectly for me. The technician, Paul, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and I had him ordered the parts. I trust this company and would recommend them to others.

They've done a great job. I was very impressed that he found me the best price. He could've charged me extra for the surge protector, but found a deal for me. They're very honest, and they've done all my work for both of my A/C units. He went above and beyond, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

They have excellent installers and everything went very smoothly. CCC always follows up with an inspection to be sure all is well before the city inspection is done. Those inspections are scheduled but not done yet. They have always gone well on past installations of our heat pumps. The cost I listed is before the Angie's List discount.

This was the first time a Company inspected the entire house and all duct work to ensure the system would perform according to specifications. The installation went smoothly and the team was courteous professional and very thorough. The price of the system was very fair and the work was excellent. I got them from Angie's List a long time ago. They come out every 6 months or so. The cost was covered under contract, I pay them. Every 6 months they come out and hopefully nothing goes wrong while they are checking it.

I did the contract with them because I signed up through something that Angie's List had offered. I had to pay an additional fee but I have no idea what it was, that is a long time ago now. I didn't like to pay extra money to get things fixed. I don't like to pay extra money for anything. I gave them a B for price since I didn't have a comparison. Responsiveness is always an A for them. I kept using them because they were friendly and I got on their contract and so, they would keep coming out. Once you get one organization working, you don't want to have a whole bunch of people coming out not your system. They were very nice, they came in when I called. I don't think that they were trying to rip me off. You never know in the background. I have had some people come to the house and try to rip me off. The best that this company has to offer is quality service and their punctuality.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. When our old heat pump started experiencing frequent problems, we went to Angie's List and found Certified Climate Control had a fantastic reputation with the most positive reviews we had ever seen. Josh and Ernesto impressed us with the time they spent cleaning and running diagnostic checks on the inside and outside units. They were so reasonable on the pricing and far exceeded any check-up we had ever had from previous contractors. We wrote to thank David Hill, the owner. He was so nice in writing back with a letter of appreciation. When it was obvious that we needed a new system, we got three estimates including Certified Climate Control. Certified Climate Control offered the best product with the latest technology, efficiency, warranty, unit comparison advice, and price. Mike, the salesman was so nice and honest in presenting us different options. Instead of trying to make a quick sale, Mike advised us to wait until a new unit which involved the latest Inversion Technology was on the market at a price we could afford. He also wanted us to wait until there was a $1,200.00 factory rebate to go along with the $600.00 Duke Energy rebate, the 5% Angie's List Credit and $300.00 Energy Tax Credit.. We took his advice and had Certified Climate Control keep our old unit operating until the new unit came out and had been field-tested. In the meantime, we had continued contact with the four nicest company representatives who answer the phone every time we call: Chrystal, Jennifer, Jody, and Kelly. They are so friendly, patient, and helpful. We purchased a new 18 SEER unit with Inversion Technology. It has a variable speed air handler unit inside and a variable speed compressor outside with a sophisticated programmable thermostat with a modem to allow remote control. It is very simple to use. Mike made sure we replaced the two copper lines so everything, including freon, is covered by a 12 year parts and 12 year extended labor warranty. Certified Climate Control was the only dealer that offered the 12 year complete parts and labor warranty. In addition, they will replace the entire outside unit should the compressor fail completely free of charge. They even included a new 35 amp breaker to replace our old 60 amp breaker because the new unit is so much more efficient and draws much less power to operate. Kevin and Tony installed the complete system. They were so nice, patient, and neat. They did a great job professionally installing the system. It looks great inside and out. Kevin took the time to explain each step of what we needed to do to operate the system. Chrystal, Jennifer, Jody, and Kelly were so kind in completing all the paper work to register our extended warranty, all the paper work to get us the $600.00 credit to our Duke Energy bill, and advise us of how to file for our $300.00 tax rebate. Jason and Jay are coming this month to completely check the system to make sure it is running properly and make sure we are satisfied. The system is fantastic. It is so precise to maintain the exact temperature. It has the house warm when you get up during cool weather and allows it to be cool at night. There are no big blasts of hot air or cold air, just a gradual warming up or cooling down. It is so comfortable. It is very quiet. We have not had enough time to evaluate the savings over several months but so far, it appears that our energy bill will be much lower as a result of the new system. WE THANK EVERYONE AT CERTIFIED CLIMATE CONTROL. THIS BUSINESS REALLY PUTS THE CUSTOMER FIRST. WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE.

Called 30min before he arrives (this really helped me to plan my time), did a very thorough check of all components, excellent job by all measures, will definitely ask for the same next season .

Company gave best price quote for a higher efficiency heat pump with longer labor warranty (5 years) at a lower cost. Advised us on ways to obtain a $200.00 credit from the utility company for installation of a higher efficiency heat pump. Technicians arrived on schedule. Protected house floors before beginning work. Removed old unit and installed a brand new unit. Work was accomplished on time and in a very professional manner. Would definitely hire them again.

Great attention to detail and prompt. Needed a quick estimate as our AC went out unexpectdly and wasn't worth putting more money into. Mike at Certified was quick and offered us an amazing deal. We just decided to go another route because we wanted a manufacturer that they do not carry. Would recommend them.

my AC unit was acting weird. I previously called another company to come and analyze my system and they seem like they didn't know what they were doing and we're trying to sell me more and more services. CCC came out and quickly identified what was wrong with my system he was able to explain very thoroughly exactly what was wrong and what I could potentially see happen in the future didn't try to up-sell me at all did an amazing job and I would absolutely recommend

Schedule appointment within 1-2 weeks. Tech came out and was super nice. Followed him around and he explained what he was doing. Did find low charge on the 2 units so we was able to fill them up to specified amount. One wouldn't hold charge so recommended a leak detector/dye. Would hire again next time for maintenance

The entire process with Certified Climate Control was professional and smooth. They did a fantastic job with the install at a fair price, utilizing great products. In addition to replacing the indoor/outdoor units they replaced all the copper and drainage PVC, and inspected my ducts to ensure they were in good shape and able to handle the slightly larger unit we purchased (previously had a 3-ton unit, upgraded to a 3.5 ton due to future plans for an addition.

It went well. The tech was friendly and professional. He gave me a run down of the condition of my a/c and made some suggestions but was not pushy at all to get any additional work done.
