Perfect. the service manager's visit to get an idea of what we needed really gave us an idea of what system we needed. We felt very comfortable with the explanation of what was best for our house and quote for the job to be done. Instillation was done in one day by two very good and professional technicians. great follow up by service manager to make sure the job was done right. Everything is working perfectly and we are very happy with our decision to work with this company and the type of warranty that comes with the Daikin heat pump system that was installed. My wife and I are very happy with our decision to go with Certified Climate Control and the system they recommended for our house.

We found them on Angie’s List. We had a contract with them for 2 houses for quarterly, every so many months to check our air conditioning and services. We really like them. They come out twice a year. They are due to come out now. We also brought an air conditioning system for our rental house. We really, really like them.

This was the second time that we had used CCC and they were great. The same crew came out for both units and they did an excellent job. They were very clean and ontime.

It's working great. There hasn't been any problem. It has some kind of warranty with it, but we have not had to call them on it. It took a day to complete the work. There were 3 different people, but they were not all here all the time.

There are few companies that deserve an A+ rating, but CCC is one that does! From start to finish, the purchase and installation of our Daikin 17.5 seer 4 ton 2 stage was flawless. Our salesman, Greg, was extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping us select the a/c system we chose. After our initial visit, we called Greg several times with many questions before deciding to purchase our system from CCC. Yes, we were shopping for an a/c company and brand that would provide us quality long lasting satisfaction for the money. Greg did an excellent job working with us the entire time to signing the purchase contract in December 2016. Our installation occurred on the date and time scheduled. The two installers were great and really knew their stuff! They had a long day here and didn't leave until late in the evening, making sure we were informed about our a/c operation before they left. We are very particular about appearance of installation as well as cleanup. They did not let us down, and we were very pleased with the end results. We have a service contract with CCC after being nickel & dimed, by another company a few years ago, CCC come out 2 times a year to service our unit, always on time, check the system from top to bottom and are not looking to find problems, where there are none, indeed the other company a few years ago, told me to use $50+ A/C filters, CCC told me to use 30/90 day cheap ones on line from Home Depot, you would not believe in my power bill even in the hot summer, when my system needs replacing CCC will get the job, I will not look anywhere else Thomas Frost Winter springs

Certified Climate control came to our home and gave us a free estimate for a new air and heat system. Ed Kitchen was very knowledgeable and gave us a complete rundown of each system. We compared prices with 3 other companies and chose the best value with the most options from CCC. The crew and Ed came at the appointed time and date and the old system was removed and the new one installed in one day. They explained the system operation and came back in 3 weeks to make sure all was well. Very satisfied and have already recommended them to my neighbors.

We’ve made a practice to have our HVAC system “tuned up” twice a year. When the person we had been using retired, we searched on Angie’s List and found Certified Climate Control (CCC) with a whole lot of very satisfied customers. We began using them in fall of 2014. A tune up was done and some minor ductwork repair was performed. We were pleased with our first experience with CCC, feeling that we hadn’t been sold something we didn’t need. After the tune up at the beginning of summer in 2015 the service tech said our unit was pretty old and was living on borrowed time, not to mention it was way inefficient. He recommended that when the time came to replace it we should get a unit with a high SEER number and a UV light. I asked the tech at that time if it would be worth it to install the UV light in our current unit; he said he didn’t think it would be worth it but to be sure and have one installed when we replaced our current system; more of that honesty stuff. On February 1st, 2016 our 15 year old unit bit the dust. Completely. CCC came out and checked it and said it was caput. Because of their honesty and reasonable costs to us we used them to do a full replacement of the air handler (17.50 SEER) including the recommended UV light. The salesman crawled around in the attic and took pictures of the ductwork and showed us what would be repaired and what needed to be replaced. (I have to let you know that I kind of cheated. I have a friend at church that is an AC tech on commercial units and he guided me as to what we needed and what we didn’t. His assessment matched the system that CCC suggested perfectly. I let them know this after their presentation. More of that honesty stuff.) To say we are satisfied is an understatement. The new unit was installed a few days later to our complete satisfaction! The Angie’s List discount and manufacturer’s rebate contributed to more than $1100 in discounts. And to top it all CCC walked me through how to get an energy credit from Duke Energy for installing an energy efficient unit. That amounted to NO power bill for us from March of 2016 until the end of October when the remaining energy rebate made our power bill $40 and change! How cool is that? Literally! All summer with now power bill. WOOT! So, in conclusion, I would highly recommend Certified Climate Control to anyone looking for honesty, value and quality for service and sales of your HVAC system.

This company installed this unit a little over two years ago. They had serviced our old unit prior. I can not say enough good things about this company from the owner down to the service guys. The work is always done as contracted. The work is always done to our satisfaction. Their prices are reasonable. These guys have earned my total trust. I highly recommend CCC.

I think it was fine. We didn't have any issues. The pricing was fine too. Their responsiveness was pretty good too. I can't think of any negatives. The punctuality of the workers were good too. One person came out to do the work and it took lets say a hour. They did what was advertised.

From my initial consult with Greg to the end of the installation, this company was couldn't have been any better. There was zero pressure when I met with Greg to get an estimate. I ended up going with a Daikin variable speed 19 SEER 4 ton unit. The work crew (Kevin (lead installer), Gary, and Tony (? - sorry if I got that wrong)) showed up right on time. I can be a perfectionist about things, but they never gave me a reason to complain. Kevin, especially, made sure everything was done right, down to the smallest details like where exactly I wanted the two new supply lines run into the additional room or where I wanted the drain pipe to run out of the garage. I'd previously scheduled a duct check with a different company through Duke Energy for a day after the new system was installed. The inspector stated all the new duct work (there was quite a bit) was very well done. I had an issue where one side of my house stayed quite a bit warmer than the other. Since the new system went in, this is no longer a problem. After the guys were finished, they did an excellent job of cleaning up. Considering all the work I needed to get done, I the price was very reasonable, especially with the rebate Daikin was offering and the 5% Angie's List discount. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Larry, the owner from Trost Heating & Cooling LLC is incredibly professional and trustworthy, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help and service related to your AC problems. Here is my story. My tenants from my investment property located in Sarasota FL reported an AC issue which is not cooling for cold air. I picked up a phone and called a service company who fixed same AC but different issue for me about 3-4 months ago to check it out. The owner then called back telling me that since the condenser coil was leaking and it seems unfixable therefore he recommend to replace a brand new Ac which would cost me between $4500 - $6000. I also went to Angie’s List made several price quote inquiry for comparison, and Larry is one of the picks to be contacted. When I was almost ready to hire someone to install a new AC, I got a call from Larry from Trost Heating & Cooling LLC. He asked me if he could go to the property and takes look at the issue first then let me know what he can do. Short after that Larry called me back saying he believe the coil leaking issue can be fixed instead of replacing the entire system, he also quote me very reasonable repairing price. I was so shocked and hardly to believe that someone I never knew and first time contact him all of sudden saved me thousands of dollars. Larry came back next day not only fixed the tube leaking issue, also performed a full maintenance on the system, the AC has since been up ruing with no issues. While living in New Jersey and having an investment property located in Florida, it’s impossible to be presence when this kind of issues happening. Thus, the decision-making judgment relies so heavily on the service company in which not only they can provide high quality of service, most crucially they have professionalism and honesty work ethics. To my case described above Larry could scam me so easily and make much more money should he is like the first service company guy I called. Larry, again greatly appreciate the great service and most importantly to your honest and professionalism.
