CCC came out on time and made the duct connection in quick time. They are professional and always do a good job. I can depend on CCC for quality.

They are always very prompt and courteous. We have used them on several occasions for our home and several condo rental units.

We were very pleased with CCC throughout the entire process. They were very responsive when we called with any questions or issues. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new AC unit!

Thanks Gasey with CCC for your attention to detail in providing maintenance to my AC. I had CCC install a new AC unit in 2013 and they had great prices and were very professional. The unit has no problems since installing however just to keep it running in tip top shape I have an annual tune up around the June to make sure I can get through the summer without any worries. All the times I had CCC out to my house for either maintenance on my 16-year-old AC, getting a new AC or maintenance on the current AC I have had no problems with the techs. I strongly recommend CCC over others for their customer service, A+++ professionalism and knowledge of the business. -James N

We recently had the unfortunate expense of needing to buy a new HVAC unit for our home. But as unfortunate as this was, fortunately we discovered Certified Climate Control. We found a great deal on a wonderful unit and even with a number of quotes from other local companies, CCC gave us a higher quality brand/unit with a great warranty at a better price. Prompt scheduling and professional service got us up and running in no time. We are so thankful for CCC and the great service we received. I highly recommend!

They were okay. Their service was fine. It was probably less than $300. I would tell others to go for it. They're still budget conscious and they are still cheap.

It took them two days to fix my A/C. Two workers came to do the job. They left everything clean for me and they were professional.

When one of our air conditioning units went out we called CCC as we have done for 6 years now. They came when they said they would, getting to be unusual these days, and gave us an estimate to repair or replace the 12 year old unit. We decided to repair, Once again they came when they said, did a great job and charged what they estimated. We have been using them for long enough to know that this was not just a one off occurrence. We would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. The technician that came to do the job was very profesional and knowledgeable, he did a 13 point check to make sure that the system was working properly. Checked the inside as well as the outside unit, cleaned the drain pan, inspected coils and wires, etc.,

By offering the right incentives and also having used them before for service, Certified Climate Control (CCC) from Orange City made it easy for us to replace our 12-yr old HVAC with top-of-the-line unit from Daikin when the existing blower unit stopped working while we went out of town - in fact, we signed with them before meeting with other scheduled vendors including Lennox. On install day they came and worked into the evening to get system up and running, and had lined up spare parts from Daikin just to ensure a successful startup. CCC is a knowledgeable dealer for Daikin, which offers a reasonably priced 12 year parts and labor extended warranty (covering compressor and even refrigerant).

They did an excellent job with every aspect, handled all the paperwork including manufacturer stuff as well as rebates with my utilities company, highly recommended!

They put a smaller concrete slab on top of the existing larger concrete slab. I told them I didn't like how it looked, so they removed the smaller slab and replaced it with a slab matching the size of the existing slab. The sales manager called me to make sure 100% satisfied. I love these guys. There are best.

I had CCC out for a service call and found the inside unit had frozen over and that my drain line was clogged. The unit had been vacant for 4 years before me and not serviced. He took care of a badly clogged drain line, cleaned up after the mess it made and was pleasant and fair priced. I would definitely use them again!

Tech was polite and professional but that is all that was good. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Not his fault. Company forms were designed to try to upsale services and half his time here was spent trying to upsale items. I was told by tech that I should have been told to turn off ac. I wasn't and he charged me 35 dollars to defrost. I was told about their $89 after hours charges about a dozen times and my Angie's list coupon was not eligible for that charge. I was told the options for looking for a leak varied from $135 to $465 dollars and that more than likely parts would be needed and would not be available for three days. If that is the case why come on the weekend unless to get the extra $89. I definitely would not suggest this company and can't believe Angies list does either.
