Excellent On time Had him check for blowing air in back bedroom. Recognized an additional duct was needed. They came back two days later and installed another duct direct from system. For $250.00 they were on time and did the job quickly

I have used CCC for many years. I have rental houses. They are the best A/C people I have ever used. Tech came out and found that my compressor was going out. He replaced it and the unit is working fine.

CCC replaced one of our 2, 17 year old AC units last year. At that time, we got 3 bids. CCC gave us the best price and educated us on efficiency of units. They assisted us in getting a rebate on our electric bill (Duke). They were prompt, professional, polite. They worked hard and explained all details of what we should expect. They cleaned up everything. So when the 2nd unit went out, we didn't hesitate. This is the kind of repair and service company we all wish for.

They did fantastic. I am so happy with the work they did. They made sure everything was working before they left amd cleaned up any mess. I would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent. Two person crew ( employees, not subs) showed up a few minutes early, worked throughout the day and evening. Finished around 9 pm. Left my garage cleaner than it was when they started. They answered all my questions and conducted themselves in a professional manner. CCC was great, from the initial visit through the install. Haven't had the follow up visit yet. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Fantastic, the installation team did a great job and really had a love and pride for the work they did. I spent the day asking them tons of questions about their work, and they went over everything. They were very meticulous and focused on small details, like keeping the insulation around the pipes in one peace (not cutting it, then tape it together) moving service pipes to easy to access areas, and using plywood instead of particle board, etc. CCCs amazing 10-year included warranty is hard to beat.

It went very well and I have been on their maintenance plan ever since. Get this...they call me to schedule! What a welcome service in an otherwise customer serviced starved industry. Even as small service issues have come up here and there, they are always very punctual, friendly and provide quality work. Can't recommend them enough!
Description of Work: Approximately 4 years ago I needed my entire AC unit replaced. They had a competitive price and were very professional and courteous. Currently on their maintenance plan and it offers priority scheduling and peace of mind. Can't beat it!

Absolutely, I would use them again. They are very through, extremely through they go over your whole system and check it out. They may not have put the system in but they are very through and detailed.

The service was excellent. Needed one compressor replaced.
Description of Work: I have used CCC for about a year now. I have 4 heat pumps of varying age so I’m very concerned to make sure they are well maintained. I found CCC thru Angie’s List where they had excellent reviews. I have very impressed. I signed up for their regular maintenance plan where they come out twice a year for tune-ups and install a surge protector on each unit (we do live in FL!!). The tune-up is unbelievably through. They go through each system and check everything. Yesterday they pointed out that the air filters I use (MERV 11) were putting a strain on the system they recommend that I use MERV 8 filters. This will save me money on filters and will be better for the system. They pointed out the duct size for an addition was under sized for a 2 ton unit and that I should consider having the right size ducting put in. Get the picture, these guys are sharp!!! I have used other services and the experiences have never been impressive. These people are well trained, professional, and they do a great job. The tune-up on my 4 units takes the bulk of a day. One more thing, with the service contact, if I have an issue with any system I go to the top of the list for service. This happened once, called late on Sunday and I had a person at my house by early afternoon on Monday.

I rarely review a company with such confidence, after painfully spending money that I wasn't planning to spend. I have worked with CCC 4 times now and can't say enough about how pleased I am. Gary and Paul are extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient with my questions and clear with their answers. I have total confidence that I am getting honest and expert advice. I have worked with a number of competitors over the years and have decided that I will remain a loyal CCC customer. I can't say enough good things. Use this company! Although, don't use this company. They have come out in less than 24 hours after my calls. If they get too busy, that could change! ;)

They were the only company to inspect our attic ducts to ensure there were no problems when the provided an estimate. They gave us a very fair price for the service we received and Kevin did a great job on installation. They were not the least expensive estimate, however they were the most thorough. The unit they offered has a great warranty for parts and labor.

We were extremely impressed when we first met with Mike who discussed options with us and was so patient with all of our questions. Once we signed the contract, the customer service and responsiveness that we received, especially from Jennifer, was outstanding! Scheduling was easy and they handled all of the paperwork. On install day, Jonathan and Joey showed up as scheduled and installed the unit in a methodical and highly efficient manner. They worked tirelessly in the extreme heat with no complaints. Even helped with installing and explaining the wi-fi app on my phone! That part is the best because we can control the temperature when we're not home. To top it off, they cleaned up the area so well that no one would ever know we had any work done. They even schedule a follow up visit to check on how things are going! We have ours this week. We are absolutely thrilled with everything and would not hesitate to recommend Certified Climate Control to anyone looking for a new or replacement unit. They're the best in our opinion!!
