Description of Work: I called the service provider and asked their services. I talked about Angie's list big deal, and it seems to me they don't welcome, and the way they respond was not convince me to proceed further step. I asked the ac tune up and other service, and they said the service is all booked up, and then one hour later, they said they could come. I said that I already contacted the other company who could come to fix my problem, and they said whether I am going to cancel the coupon, and I said yes, then the lady of that company hang up a sort of unfriendly way...

Description of Work: We recently moved and the A/C unit was making some not so friendly noises. We contacted Certified Climate Control for a tune-up just to see what might be happening. The day before the tune-up was scheduled my wife went into labor early so we had to reschedule. After we returned from the hospital we rescheduled for April 25th. On April 20th the A/C unit quit working. We had a new unit installed on the 24th so we no longer had use for the tune-up. Jodi at Certified Climate Control was very understanding of our situation after we had to cancel two appointments with them. She was very professional and friendly. If we ever have need of a tune up in the future we will definitely give them a call.
