Description of Work: Came to repair the AC. They got it up in running quickly, to my relief. They went out of their way to keep me informed and performed the repair quickly.

Description of Work: I will use this company whenever I have another AC problem. They replaced my entire AC system. They did a great job!

Description of Work: I don't remember the details of when, but I do know that they came out, and had to replace the ac motor which was under warranty. They were quick and got the job done for us.

Description of Work: My drainage was blocked, they unblocked and it was discovered there were other issues with the unit. I had felt the unit did not work as efficiently as I liked (didn't cool the 2nd floor well) and it was old enough so I decided to replace rather than fix. The first guy was really helpful and nice, the guy who came out to sell the unit was not pushy, just informative, and made sure I knew of any Power rebates or tax breaks on buying a new a/c, the guys who installed it did scare me at the beginning with their negative attitude toward the project, but once they got in there they were also amazing, making it all work through the issues. I would definitely recommend using them, and I will use them for all of my needs in the future. Thanks guys.

Description of Work: Was initially upset with the company because they didn't show for the original appointment, but seemed to be an honest mistake. They apologized and tried to make it right by refunding half the money for the service cost. When the tech did come to the house, he was curteous and professional. Seemed to know what he was talking about.

Description of Work: Serviced two air-conditioner units and gave me a list of repairs to consider based on importance. Grant (the service person), was knowledgeable, not pushy and explained what the benefit of each repair would be. I plan on having some of the repairs done in the next few weeks.
