Description of Work: furnace/ac fan would not start when it should. Dan came out early and checked everything out. He was extremely thorough and did a complete test of the whole system. He discovered a faulty capacitor and fixed it on the spot. When done we got a very detailed evaluation of our whole system. Dan said what could wait (almost everything) and made minor suggestions. I would use them next time most definately.

Description of Work: Service was great, did the Angie's deal and my ac unit took 3lbs of refrigerant which was the added cost for my visit. Very professional, on time, and took the time to explain everything very well. Would use again for ac service.

Description of Work: Representative did exactly what was quoted. He could have tried to sell us new systems, but paid attention to his task, and didn't hawk other services (that was good). Future use would probably be on a competitive basis, but CCC has a leg up re a good first experience.

Description of Work: After extensive diagnostics for the original fee, it was determined that a new Central AC unit was needed. Got a good estimate, for a good unit, and went with it. Great work, and especially nice follow-up with supervisor inspection a couple week later.
