Description of Work: We're on a monthly plan. They do maintenance quarterly. They just do a check on all the systems to make sure the pressure levels are right on all the A/C. They're also doing leak test on one of the ones that shows problems.

Description of Work: Greg White came out today to give us a proposal for a new Ac system. He was on time and discovered we had a plugged drain line from our air handler. He spent almost an hour fixing this since it would probably shut down our current system. He also suggested it would not be cost effective to replace the other system since it is only two tons and has a higher seer rating than the large older one that does the majority of the house. He wrote up a detailed proposal and explained it. We really appreciate getting advise from someone who not only cares about his prospects, but also is knowledgeable. Thanks Greg, you are a credit to your profession.
