Mike Mason gave us an on the spot estimate which we accepted. The installation had something unforseen come up but CCC has followed through and made efforts to schedule return visits timely. The system is working well.

On 3/7/18 technician Le'Teran Hall performed the first of two yearly system tune ups. He was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable and did a more than satisfactory tune up. He made note of the last pressure readings and documented the most current readings. I was given a check list form with his notes for the results of the tune up, which I am very pleased with. I commend Le'Teran Hall for being a professional AC & Heating technician and I highly recommend Certified Climate Control. Thank you, JD

We had to replace our old heat pump and air handler. We contacted Certified Climate Control based on reviews on multiple websites. When we contacted them, they provided us several options including our ultimate choice (a Daikin system) which we had not considered prior to talking with them. They explained the advantages of the system which included a 12 year warranty and the performance of Daikin customer service and support. Once we decided on the system, CCC was very prompt and professional. They installed the system quickly, professionally and spent time to teach us the how to maintain the system. The system has performed wonderfully and has both kept our house temperature controlled and reduced our energy costs. I definitely would recommend CCC for your residential climate control needs.

A huge thanks to David Hill and his team of professionals. It started with a call to Chelsea, after hours mind you, because my unit's motor seized. They scheduled an inspection and estimate with Gregg the next day. I met with Gregg and could not have felt better working with them. Knowing nothing about A/C, just that my existing unit was ancient and having issues, he took the time to explain everything to me. He worked up a quote for me that was competitive to others I had received, without trying to up sell me on bigger units I didn't need or unneeded technology. After helping me choose the Daiken to be installed, Gregg let me know that they were also going to schedule a temporary fix for me to get the existing AC unit up and running again free of charge until they could install the new one. A few days later, Anthony came to install my new unit. We took care of some paperwork first to review everything that was happening today, he worked the entire time except for a few short breaks, and was very polite and courteous to myself and my family. He finished in just about 7 hours from start to finish including a cleanup. My garage actually looks better than before he got there haha. Anthony went above and beyond and is no doubt a great asset to the company. A followup is scheduled after the work is complete to be sure everyhing has been running well, and that will happen in a few weeks. I was more than satisfied with the experience, and would recommend them to any of my friends, family or personal clients. Thank you CCC.

The entire operation went well. When the supervisor came he was not happy with a few things so he sent the technician back to fix the problems and that was done promptly.

Very smoothly. All employees were very helpful. I got 4 estimates from the top rated contractors on Angie's list. Certified made the most comprehensive bid including some changes to the return ducts, electrical fusing, and coolant pipes that will improve the efficiency of the system. They even helped me with locating some parts that I needed to take care of as part of the installation. IN ADDITION, THEY ALSO HAD THE LOWEST BID. I'm definitely a believer in Angie's list.

Everything went very well. The estimator was very knowlegible and professional and the price was fair. He recommended an A/C unit that has a fantastic warranty, which we purchased. The installer arrived on schedule and did a great job with the installation. Two weeks after the installation they sent out an inspector that spent about 2 hours going over the entire installation and thoroughly explained everything including the use of the high tech thermostat. The administrative staff took care of applying for a rebate from Duke Energy. They have been great to work with.

Fine. I have used them like 3 or 4 times through an Angie's List deal. They came 2 weeks later. I did spend more than the $49. I think it was $200. I think they are professional and thorough. The work was good. I would use them again in the future.

From the initial quote to the final inspection i would like to say that everyone was very professional. The quote was very reasonable and I can say that if I ever have any issues then I know who to call.

Certified Climate Control had the best price for a superior unit of my three bids. They explained all the work that would be performed and the warranty options available. I chose a 12 year parts/labor warranty and a Daikin unit with 2 speed compressor and 2 speed blower. Certified showed up on time and replaced my older unit. They also cleaned up all debris. Two weeks later a final inspection was performed by Certified Climate Control to make so speed adjustments and to fine tune the unit. They also explained in detail the operation of the thermostat since this is not only a wall unit but controlled by an app on my phone. I Highly recommend anyone requiring a new unit or service of an existing unit to give them an opportunity.

This has been the best experience I have ever had when dealing with an AC company. The folks at CCC are extremely professional, detailed, and thorough. They explained and showed us everything they did, answered every question, and followed up to make sure their whole team delivered on each of their parts in the process of installing our new AC unit. CCC is top notch! Highly recommend them.

From estimate with Mike to install with Tony this company was fantastic. Tony took the time to perform the install in a superb and professional manner. System started up like a charm. They provided me with temporary unit until the install could be made and brought it to me on a Friday night. If they stand behind their product and installation as well as they have so far I will be more than pleased.

Arrived on time and did repair as well as checked system and suggested other maintenance.

Went very well. Had to have them back when control unit malfunctioned but came right away and fixed.
