Description of Work: Scheduled a spring tune up for our AC as unit is over 5 years old and we have never had it serviced. Technician showed up on time and was very professional yet personable. As I followed him around he explained what he was doing and why. At the end all was good and there wasn't any "hard" sale of any parts or additional service. Earned my trust and I will use them if the need arises.

They answered every question i had and in no time got the new system up and running. When there was a small misunderstanding on my part, i received a call from the salesman i started with and he set out to make everyting right. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

Description of Work: The provider wasn't able to schedule the service until 2+ weeks in the future, which was too long to wait. Their interactions with me were professional, but after explaining why I needed the service promptly, they were unable or unwilling to work it into their schedule. I called another A-rated provider in the area that was able to work me into their schedule the following day.

Description of Work: The company did not perform any service, but they were prompt to return my call and were easy to work with. Unfortunately, at this time I won't be needing the coupon.

Description of Work: Installed two A/c units. mover one of the units to better location. Properlely installed a new unit that had been very poorly installed causing leaks. Both old units, only 14-15 years old wooed very poor y, were costly and often broke down. Intalled reliable units that will save substantial money and have top,rating for reliability. Big job done in one day, first class workmanship, great people, very professional. Could not ask for more. Excellent!

Description of Work: They called me immediately after purchasing the big deal to schedule an appointment. However, they were booked up for the next 10 days. I needed assistance more quickly than that. I then submitted a snapfix order and the company called me today that they can do a service call much more quickly than routine maintenance. I ended up scheduling them to be here on Monday. It will cost a little more for what I think is low freon, but at least I will have service from a reputable company.
