Description of Work: Replacement of 3.5 Ton A/C system with a 15 SEER Daikin Heat Pump and Variable Speed Air Handler. In addition, replacement of main return ducts was also accomplished with design improvements over the existing ducts. Some minor rework was required after initial installation but was accomplished in a timely and professional fashion.

Description of Work: Repaired a minor issue and serviced the air handler unit. Tech diagnosed the trouble very quickly and cleared the clogged water drain. Later he serviced the unit. Tech was knowledgeable, punctual and professional.

I wasn't pressured into the purchase but I was pleased enough with the service to elect to continue the relationship. |

Description of Work: Tune-Up

Description of Work: Did a general overview of my HVAC. checked the vents, air temp near the unit, supply and return,checked the coils for damage and wear, checked the condenser for electrical and freon levels. I think that when you call it a tune up their should be some type of tune up(think of your car) when that is what the service is labeled. It felt like more of a way to up sell me more service and parts. At every stage the technician suggested items to buy or service that could be conducted. At no point did he charge the freon level, repair a broken part or even look at the ac duct in the attic they did need to be repaired. I would label this service as an inspection and not a tune-up. It is a scam to call a service a tune up when it clearly was not.

Description of Work: As owners & managers of real estate investment properties, we use Certified Climate Control (CCC) very frequently and have over the last 3 years. Their techs are usually been reliable & prompt calling to give us a detailed explanation of the work and associated costs before they start the job. Their billing department and schedulers are always pleasant and I always feel like they are working with me to satisfy our tenants and owners. We never hesitate to refer them since we are confident they will do a good job.

Description of Work: Technician added coolant but I declined any more service as I am getting a new ac. Company was very responsive and are providing a bid for a new unit.

Description of Work: They serviced by two air conditioning units and the air handlers for Pre-summer maintenance. I LOVED the service guy that was sent. He explained things so thoroughly that by the time he left, I knew the serial numbers and sources for my filters and what I should do on a monthly basis to keep my unit running as smoothly as possible.

Description of Work: I paid for the service with an online coupon, only to find out the company was booked for weeks but might be able to come "after hours" if I paid $34 more. Then I was placed on hold and eventually told that the company wasn't accepting new customers but there might be a possibility someone could come out if there was a cancellation in the future.

Description of Work: This was my second AC tune-up with Certified Climate Control. What a great experience, both times. Their checklist is comprehensive, the technicians are thorough. At the end of the inspection, you get a list of all the major components/elements of your system, with a letter grade for each. The technician explained each one clearly, with recommendations when needed. I never felt any upselling; these technicians have been straightforward and honest, and that means a LOT in a field where many customers could be taken advantage of. | |I will definitely be using CCC again to maintain my system.

Description of Work: One of our units was having trouble cooling properly. We called CCC. They set up an appointment and Josh came out to check the unit. He determined that a part needed to be replaced. He was extremely thorough, replaced the part and had the unit operating properly in a short amount of time. We have always been very impressed with this company. They are honest, professional, punctual and provide quality products and service. We definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Description of Work: He showed up on time and was very professional. I purchased a AC tune-up, but he found about 5 different things wrong with the AC unit, which he fixed that day.

Description of Work: My A/C system totally bit the dust, so I had five different A/C companies out to get quotes on a new system. Josh from CCC came out to my house to discuss options, and was not only the most personable, but the most thorough and knowledgeable person that came out. He was the only one who went into my attic and measured each of the existing individual ducts and showed me all the mathematical calculations for the correctly sized system for my house. Discussed all of the options/pricing/etc. while explaining everything and he was not rushed, impatient, or pushy at all. He was probably the best person I've had to my house out of any service company, period. Decided to have them install a new system, had a couple days wait and Josh even brought over a temporary A/C system to use in the meantime! The installation was done by two very nice gentlemen and went great, no problems and both installers were very respectful and nice. CCC even handled filing warranty information and getting the inspection with the city all set up. I have absolutely no complaints about this company and will be recommending them to my family/friends. They will be my go-to A/C company as long as I'm here!
