Description of Work: Their technician was a very nice guy and quite helpful, however, his English was really lacking. We were generally able to communicate after multiple tries, but it got a bit frustrating. Still, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable, so I can't take anything away from him there.

Description of Work: They recommended an outside simple electric switch repair and yearly service fee but refused to accept check or automatic bank account withdrawls. For this reason I would not use them again nor recommend them.

I am sorry we could not accommodate your payment methods. Unfortunately maintenance plans are designed to be billed to a credit or debit card monthly or the full year can be paid by check. We do not do automated bank withdrawals other than debit cards and accepting monthly checks for the plans would end up being an accounting and collection nightmare. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Description of Work: I purchased the pre-paid special for a tune-up, which was a great deal. I was happy at the time the technician was leaving, and even scheduled an estimate for a new system installation estimate. After the technician left, the house never cooled back down. I called within an hour of the technician leaving, and they said he would be over after his next job. I was working at home for the day, and had to sit in a sweltering 88F degree house all day waiting for him to come back, but he didn't arrive until about 6 hours after I called. A little notice or a time estimate would have been nice, and I would have taken my work to a restaurant or some other place cool. Turns out, the technician forgot to reconnect a wire on the compressor after he had finished earlier that day. Took about 5 minutes to correct his error. I cancelled the estimate appointment for the new system installation.
