Description of Work: Tune up was done. A few recommendations were made but all in all- because they have been here before- everything looked good. I'm very pleased with these people!

Description of Work: a/c repair

Description of Work: I initially responded to an ad for an a/c tune-up which mine sorely needed. In that past week it had been struggling so i knew something was amiss. The very nice repairman came out righ on time andchecked it over carefully, flushed the lines. checked the condition of the units inside and outside, until he was sure he knew what the problem was. I needed a new motor. He only carried one with him for diagnostic purposes, as he had done with mine, so he had to order one for me and said it could be 3 to 6 weeks before it came in. Fortunately for my family he left his motor in my unit as a "loaner" until my motor came in and 5 weeks later he installed it, set my thermostat, and it has been running beautifully!! Brave nice man also disposed of a nasty cat (we think) carcass/ which some squirrel must have caught and taken up on my daughter's car to devour and left the remains all over windshield and hood. Words can't express how grateful I was to him for taking care of that chore!!

Description of Work: The technician made repairs to our unit added Freon and had us back up and running right away. We asked for information regarding installing a new unit based on their recommendations. (Our unit was very old and needed to be replaced for efficiency.) We made an appointment for a sales rep to come out. Within a week we had a new unit installed and certified climate control refunded our initial cost of repairs made on 10/28/15. We were extremely satisfied with service provided by Certified Climate Control and with Angie's List for the recommendation.

Description of Work: The provider seemed quite competent at his job and gave me the correct diagnosis of what the problem was and what it was going to take to repair it. Unfortunately,the quote though correct in comparison to other quotes, I have not yet been able to afford the repairs. I will definitely call on them when I am ready. So, yes they did come out to check was was wrong with the A/C unit and I paid them for that but their recommendations are yet to be carried out. No fault of theirs.

Description of Work: Called for a service at 7:59pm on a Sunday, their website says 24/7 service and the girl said no, then I told her, her website says 24/7, and her response was that then changed to were all booked.
