Description of Work: What a great company! I had CCC come for a AC inspection after having another company telling me my AC had a leak and needed around $3,000 worth of repairs. CCC come out and did a extremely through inspection and found no leaks and no repairs necessary. I plan to use this company from now on for a semi-annual AC check.

Description of Work: First, they came at the wrong time because they had a cancellation. Kelly said they already told my real estate agent that they were coming at a different time and he told them that he was going to tell me about change of time. I called the real estate agent the next day, Frank, and he said there was no conversation about that between them. I was very upset with that. Also, the technician's name is Paul, he said he was going to put 1 pound of Freon as a part of the Angie's List deal I bought, but he did not put it in according to the receipt I got. That was upsetting as well, because it was not complete. Third, there was a special in the newspaper for $59 to come and find the repair and use towards the overall charge. After they left, I then called them on the same day and told them about both coupons. I asked them why they couldn't use the newspaper coupon this time and then in the future use the Angie's List coupon. They said we could not do it.

Description of Work: Went Through my AC system which had a burned out part that was causing the heater not to work. He went and identified the part showed us where and why it was damaged and replaced it. Good technician.
