Description of Work: The provider was through and explained what he was going to do and had me look at the items on his list so I would be familiar with his process. It turned out that I needed a part on my AC, which he replaced. I was completely satisfied with his work and plan on using this company again.

Description of Work: Did a complete check up of the ac.Everything checked out fine but the condenser froze up 9 days later.Billy Shafer came out the next day and found that the blower assembly was extremely dirty causing a lack of airflow. He took the complete assembly and motor out, cleaned and adjusted everything and reinstalled it.It now works fine. He spent over two hours here and didn't charge us anything. It's because of Billy that I would not hesitate to recommend CCC to everyone.

Description of Work: We had a severely clogged drain that was not serviced in our ten years at our resident by our other company. Our service technician cleared the drain. The cost was very reasonable and fair. This is an old school company who values their customers.
