Excellent! I used them as a second opinion for replacement of my evaporator coil for my A/C unit. They performed a complete system check in a much more thorough and professional manner that the firm which had installed and maintained my system since 2010. I will be using Certified Climate Control for all my future A/C repairs and maintenance.

Our air conditioner began to blow hot air and we take care of our 4 month old granddaughter. They sent out Anthony that very day. He was so professional and thorough. Happily, he fixed it that day and my granddaughter could nap well. I would use this company again and recommend it to anyone. Even the receptionist and service representative were extremely cordial and accommodating on the phone when I called. I have no complaints - only complements!

This is an amazing company because of their people! I just can't say enough good things about Krystal! She was so helpful in scheduling our service appt, under some very narrow and short time constraints. The Technician who performed our inspection, Arnold was so thorough, pleasant, and very knowledgeable in explaining the trouble-shooting he was doing. I found Certified Climate Control several years ago when my old HVAC system finally died. They did a fantastic job on a very difficult installation in a tight space in my home. Since that time, I have relied on them for service. They do regular tune-ups for me. Their office personnel and technicians have always provided great service. They are quick to respond to a service call and are courteous, knowledgeable and keep the work area clean so I don't have to clean up after them. I have recommended them on several occasions to friends for new installations and service.

I hired CCC last September to install a new AC and repair some duct work. From the first day I called them for a quote through the install, follow-up, and recent service visit they have been nothing but the best. The office staff, installer, and service staff have all been fantastic and treat you like you are their only customer. I am not one to throw praise around lightly, but when a contractor does all the right things EVERY TIME that should be acknowledge. I would highly recommend this business to anyone shopping for a new AC or needing service work to an existing system.

After my new home warranty expired, I was faced with finding a quality HVAC company to service my gas heater/air conditioner unit. Looking on the Internet, it 'appeared' as though CCC was a good possibility. In 2015 Tony came out and did a GREAT initial service, in 2016 Dan came and performed the same work, Then in 2017 and in 2018 GARY came out and I cannot compliment him with adequate words. He is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and a real gentleman. He even remembered our unit! He did not try to UPSELL us, but was factual about added services if and when needed. The price for this service has stayed the same - again something that is rare these days. The lady on the phone scheduling our appointment was most courteous. We were notified by phone a couple of days before our scheduled service and the morning of the service. Gary phoned when he was 15 minutes away. With all of the HVAC companies in the area - I would definitely rate CCC above them ALL.

The technician was on time, did the A/C checkup in a professional manner. Checked all voltage capacities, refrigerant level, static pressures, relays, capacitors, filters, wire connections, inspected coils, cleaned drain line and pan, flushed line with 2 gallons cleaning solution, and cleaned out A/C unit. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend them. Had to replace the ultraviolet light as the old one was burned out.

CCC is by far the best Air Conditioning Service Company in Central Florida. Recently had my second residential unit installed. These guys are Prompt, Professional and Knowledgeable. Price is competitive and Service is unparalleled. Don't waste your time or money looking for a better company.

CCC put a new system in 2 years ago they consolidated 2 units down to 1 with 3 separate zones. Another company who's name sounds like bell air said it would not work , we had a 2 ton and a 3 1/2 ton with 2 zones on the 3 1/2 ton. Now we have a 2 speed 5 ton with 3 separate zones and it runs on low most of the time, turns out it is the best improvement we have done. Gary just came out for a signature tune up and did a great job checking and cleaning everything out. Best A/C company around.

I started using CCC service back in summer 2012 and after few years of maintenance services I decided to join their protection plan and started to use them for my rental property and I have been very happy with it. They are very responsible and knowledgeable.

Certified Climate Control installed our latest AC unit and air handler in 2010. Best decision we've made. Not only was the install process smooth, but also our ongoing service is impeccable. I did not choose the maintenance plan initially as I thought I'd depend on my memory as to when service was needed...not as good as I might have been. Paul Holm, our service specialist, is outstanding. He recalled his last visit and as always was most thorough, prompt and explained everything he did and found, patiently, so that I could understand options and solutions to continue highest practicable functioning of our unit. Never once tried to sell me something or create an issue where there was none. I plan to take out a service plan. As a service company, CCC is very customer friendly from the first phone call. Service Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He explained everything and scheduled follow up for resolution of the problem. I have always had very positive experience with this Company. The call was a no charge visit.

I called Certified Climate Control for an appointment to check my system. I received a very courteous and polite response to my request. My technician arrived within the scheduled time frame and performed in a professional manner. The problem was located and the technician informed me that he would have to return with special equipment to repair my system. I have received quality service from this company every time I required their services

It went great! Tech called to advise of arrival time which I appreciated. When he got here he immediately donned booties to protect my flooring and went straight to work. He was here at least two hours or better and was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. Answered all my questions, excellent service. I had used this company for my original A/C upgrade replacement and they are the best! They even honored a discounted price for maintenance for an offer that had expired.

I had 2 A/C units that are 14 yrs old and had been leaking refrigerants. Since replacing them was the logical thing to do, I did a lot of research as to what brand is the best and which A/C contractor I have to choose. What I found out was that looking for a very good A/C contractor is most important than looking into what is the best brand. Thanks to Angie's list and BBB, searching for a very good A/C contractor got a lot easier. After receiving quotes from 3 contractors, we chose Certified Climate Control and it was the best decision. From Sales, to the office staff that were very responsive, to installation, then the post installation follow up visit making sure the unit is functioning well; everything was awesome.

CCC came and replaced a defective "A Coil" under warranty. The office called to schedule well in advance; called again the day before the scheduled service to confirm. Josh G****, our technician, called when he was on his way to advise his arrival time. He was very professional and thorough, explaining everything he was doing, and answered any questions. He offered ways to save on future service.
