internet service, cable tv service, landline phone service
+ 1 moreThe salesman was very nice. The sales person is professional. For their services: 1. For the phone I?m kinda disappointed that we don?t have a caller ID. 2. A lot of times the TV service especially if the weather is bad it will be really splashy you can?t watch the TV it will drive you nuts and even when weather is good sometimes the picture will behind the audio so it?s like sound is faster with the picture ? the pictures slows down or something and then it will catch up. I?m not purely impress with the TV service either. 3. The internet service is good. I don?t know whether I?m going to keep them or switch back to Brighthouse. They were like really like putting us up when we call about ? the first night when we didn?t have service and why we didn?t have service and they said they're working on it and it might be 9 o'clock by tomorrow morning.
Description of Work: We recently put the CenturyLink for cable TV, internet and phone service. I believe they installed it April 11, 2013 and they installed the service but we didn’t get the TV service until the next day because they had to upload all the information or something.
