He did an excellent job in a timely manner with an affordable price. He was professional, knowledgeable and actually cared about doing the job right! I would highly recommend him!

Bruce was amazing. Called immediately, showed up the next morning on time (actually a bit early), was quick, thorough, efficient, courteous, and extremely pleasant. Quality of the repair was A-1. No complaints whatsoever and I intend on using him for other projects I have in mind.

It went exceptionally well, the job was completed within 6 hours, both Bruce and his workers were professional and very careful not to break or damage anything. I highly recommend him

.1) He came to the house (don't remember the date, this year). 2) I wanted the crown molding replaced. And hang large plank (plastic) louvered doors to the laudry space(6'). He said job was too small and could I throw some other stuff on so he could make it a full day. 3) OK, I added putting up louver doors for my foyer (8') (which I could have done) and I was specific that I wanted wide plank plantation style and a simple frame around the door (basic floor molding) also, I asked if he could make two boxes for the 17and quot;X14and quot; holes left when I removed my medicine chests - specifically - no shelves just frame the box and I would use the old shelves (whould lead one to belive that I wanted thin material, not chunky pine) 4) a few days before he got here he called to say his and quot;quoteand quot; would be $50 more because the door prices had gone up. Fair enough. 5)When he got here with helper (seems like a nice young man) I noticed he had wooden unfinished pine louvered bifolds. I told him that was unaceptable. Then back upstairs where the young man had placed both wooden boxes made of chunky wood frame, two 1/2 pine shelves and are about 2 1/2 in deep. Good for NOTHING! 6)He hangs the bifolds I want in the laundry area and the helper puts up molding which does not fit the description I gave him. I wanted cove type very simple approx 2and quot; I got plain but more straight and looks like chair rail up there. It is coming down. I was sick about the boxes, the crown, and was getting up the courage to tell him to take it out or what-- I had no idea what to do. I almost cried. Then Mr. Falco gets a call from someone very irrate and he's all trying to calm him down. Next thing I know he's packing up and there's still one more door to go. And, it's only 1p.m. 7) He said the other door was not in the deal. We read over the list the night before he came out check, check, check and so forth. But I did not get it in writing. When he asked for his money I reminded him he did not use the and quot;more expensiveand quot; doors. I paid him $625, mostly because he bellows and barks and I just wanted him gone and later he agreed to put the foyer door in for free if I paid for it. I bought one (lousey door) he put it up in less than one hour and it will take care of my needs for now. I learned not to do anything without a clearly written quote. Don't pay a more than 10% on a materials job or agree to pay for materials and hourly wage seperately. Don't trust a guy, no matter how nice, who always says and quot;I don't rip people offand quot; more than five times in a sitting. That is the whole story. Mr. Falco thinks he has done me a huge favor, yet not - one - person who saw what he did and for how much thinks he did me any favors. I would never let this man in my house again. He does good work, he can, he just won't if you don't stand over him.

Bruce arrived as scheduled and completed the work in about 5 hours. He did excellent work. The door looks and functions fantastically. It is plum and true and opens and closes with ease. He also replaced all the brick mould on the outside and trim mould on the inside. We also discussed having him do some other work around our house. Bruce was also very knowledgeable regarding his line of work.

He was late coming out for the estimate because he had to help his son out with his car. Perfectly understandable from my point of view. The day he was coming out to do the job my wife had planned a dinner party, I told him the time constraints and he came out early and finished the job with plenty of time to spare. Very nice man and helper. They did a good job and cleaned up well afterward. I like them and will not hesitate to call on them again if I need more work done.

I arranged to meet Bruce Falco at the local Home Depot on 6/7/2008 at about 9:00 am. He arrived on time. We picked up two exterior pre-hung doors and some related building materials (using his pickup truck). Then met at the job site to install in our garage. The door frames were taken out and he discovered that we got doors that did not quite fit (we needed out-swing doors not in-swing due to lower height but I'm the one that made the original measurements) so we needed a second trip to Home Depot. That cost us about 30 minutes. Once we had the correct doors he was able to quickly install them, install the door locks (had both lockable door knobs and dead bolts put on both doors) and some trim work. He had the job done by about 1:30 that day and did it cheaper than the Home Depot price. He obviously has much carpentry and construction experience, and he saved me the hassle of a novice trying to do the job myself. I did help him to a small degree, but he had his teenage son assist so there was not much I had to do. I did a small amount of clean up afterwords. I am happy with the work performed. The job is ready for painters to pressure wash, caulk, prepare and paint the exterior.
