Mr. Coody is not a reliable person to do work for you. he doesn't show up when he states and doesn't bother to let you know for days at a time also you will have to contact him as he will not call you. a job that should have taken a month at most was still going on at 4 months and still never completed, he is very unprofessional, do not ask a ? of the wrong person on his crew about the work, as you will receive very bad verbal abuse. when I had had enough, and discussed final payment minus the things he did not supply on the estimate and work he did not do, and also materials I had paid for that he confiscated back. We had a discussion and agreed on the final payment to be given when he returned with the copies of permits for me. Mr Coody did not return. After waiting 2 week for his return I texted him, and he had a lawyer inform me that he was going to sue me if payment was not received in full. If this had not been an emergency and right after a hurricane I would have had time to check him out, so sorry that I had to be put in this position and I hope know one else will have to deal with anything like this. Some work was fine and my building is old, but some workmanship was very poor as of middle of Feb. work was still not done. For your own piece of mind please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this business. Please check other people reviews and you will find they say the same.

THEY WOULD BE THE LAST ONE I WOULD CALL. I WAS NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE, AND NOBODY SHOWED. I WOULD CALL THEM, AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE BACK. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS FINE. IT TOOK A LITTLE BIT LONGER THAN THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE. THEY TRIED TO BLAME IT ON THE WEATHER.
