+ -1 moreThis is the worst place ever. I took my laptop there for repairs because my SSD burned out. Two months later, this place, full of ignorant and irresponsible people, had not ordered the part. They never called me with any updates. I don't know how this place is still open. It looks like a store from the '80s, with old monitors and laptops that people probably threw away and then reassembled to sell. To give you an idea, I ordered the part on eBay for less than $100 and fixed my computer myself in under two hours. Oh, and let's not forget that they wanted to charge me more than $280 for something I fixed myself for less than $100.

Description of Work: Would never walk in nor buy anything from that company. "Tim" was very nice & professional when I brought in my desk top to them on 4/14/13. The next day I brought in the "FREE" computer diagnostics coupon in. Which I didn't read the fine print "with purchase of In-store purchase repair". Right on the intact sheet, it states "4 to 5 days it will be on the bench.By the 6th day I hadn't heard from themj so I called them It wasn't even looked at yet. Again Tim assured me by Monday 22nd I would get a call. On Wed the 24th after 1 1/2 week I went into the store. I was rudely approached by Jim who is the Tech Manager. He told me I would have to pay the $35.00 charge I said for what? You didn't call me, you did nothing, You didn't even vaccum the unit. Jim was so rude and mean and actually grabbing my computer from me "you are not getting this till you pay $35.00. As we were arguing all of a sudden a diagnostic invoice appeared stating the problem. How convenient.I wreot a check cause I had no choice. Please READ ALL SMALL PRINT ON COUPONS . In closing, computer dummies are at the mercy of these computer geeks and we trust them. It's sad that this company missed the coursce "good business practice" No services performed

+ -1 moreIT WAS EXCELLENT AND THERE WEREN'T ANY PROBLEMS. THEY HAD IT DONE WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE GOING TO. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY WERE PRICED FAIRLY WELL AS COMPARED TO OTHERS.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME, GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND STUCK TO IT. IT WAS JUST SATISFACTORY. THE WORKERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PROMPT.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY REALLY TRY TO KEEP YOU UP TO DATE. THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE. THIS WAS RIGHT AFTER THE HURRICANE. I WAS RUNNING LATE ONE NIGHT TAKING MY COMPUTER IN, I CALLED THEM AND THEY STAYED OPEN FOR ME.
