+ -1 moreSO FAR THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IT WAS A 12-4 JOB LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE AND SEEMS TO BE STANDARD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.
Description of Work: THEY DID SOME WORK ON A MICROWAVE.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE DONE VERY WELL. I WENT IN THE NIGHT BEFORE BECAUSE I COULD SMELL SOMETHING BURNING, AND I SAW SOME WIRES WERE BURNT. I WENT UP TO THEM AND BOUGHT THE PART. THEN I WENT TO THEM TO CHECK THAT I HAD MADE ALL THE CONNECTIONS. THEY CAME DOWN THE NEXT MORNING TO MAKE SURE IT WAS OK.
Description of Work: HE LOOKED AT THE CONNECTIONS AND CHECKED MY REFRIGERATOR. HE SAID IT WAS OK AND WORKING RIGHT. HE OPENED UP THE FRONT DOOR AND TURNED A SCREW AND SAID IT WAS ALRIGHT.

+ -1 moreOVERALL THEY WERE GOOD. WE HAVE KNOWN THEM BEFORE FROM EARLIER WORK, AND WE THINK THAT THEY DID GOOD WORK ON ALL OF OUR MICROWAVE REPAIRS. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE MICROWAVE WOULD NOT TURN OFF WHEN THE TIMER WAS DONE. THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE DIAL ON THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE.
