We wanted to clear the thick shrubs and trees from the back of our 5 acres. We wanted a strip of foliage left on each side for privacy screens. Jamie showed up as promised and removed all stumps and trees. Four things that I appreciated: 1. He refused payment until the job was near complete, trusting me to pay him.2. He hauled away a pile of old carpets and furniture we had thrown out (during our post purchase house renovation and clean up) without being asked.3. He came back when we asked him to shave a bit more from our 'privacy screens', and then again to blade what roots remained after they sprouted and were visible....all this after he had been paid in full.4. His price was very competitive. For just a little more than what two other contractors wanted to charge just for clearing, Jamie hauled all the trees, shrubs and debris away with dumpsters. This saved us the cost, hassle, and mess of waiting for a burn permit and/or dealing with settlement later when the buried organics rot undergroud. Very satisfied customer.
