septic tank

Description of Work: There was raw sewage in my bathtub and on the floor near my bathtub. I called 4 different companies and this is the only company that came out. The gentlemen was nice and removed a makeshift wooden patio that was covering the septic tank. He emptied the 1200 gallon tank and the toilet was still not working so he called his brother to flush the main line which cost $150. The toilet started acting up about 4 days later so I called the brother back and he came out the same day for free and repeated the service.

septic tank
+ -1 moreHe is location is 3.60 miles from my home so I picked him because he was closet to my home and he gave me a better estimate than other companies I received estimates from, when he cam out he brought to workers, he was very informative about the septic tank, he was very professional, he also did extra work on breaking down the septic tanks to clear the drain field he did not charge me any extra money. I will definitely use him in the future.
Description of Work: Came out and took off the lid to the septic tank - it was solid so he had to use water - he was able to clean out the septic tank and he was able to get the drain filed and working again.

+ -1 moreWonderful overall experience. They arrived just when they said they would show up and did and excellent, quick professional job. We used this service on Memorial Day and just called in the morning for same day service. There was not an increased fee because it was a holiday even!
Description of Work: Cleaned out Septic tank and snaked home to unplug clog.
