The experience with this provider is mixed. They were very responsive and attended our call the same day, which is positive. We had a massive water leak that made us sleep without AC the nigh before. An individual came and had a visual inspection on the unit, then two hours later a technician appeared and started with the work. My concerns started shortly after when I saw the technician carrying a component of the AC unit by himself, when it was obvious that the unit was very heavy for him. The technician did his best when trying not to bother, but it was very difficult so we helped him out with the unit. Immediately after, I asked him why the company he worked for did not send an assistant to help out with mundane tasks, as it might be very dangerous to do the job alone. After cleaning everything and assembling back the unit, and turning it back on, we found out that the water leak continued. A massive water leak was the original cause of the problems and the reason why we called. We had to perform troubleshooting on the unit to identify the problem, as even after all the maintenance tasks performed, the problem was not resolved at all, in fact, it was exactly the same. At this point, I was involved in the job and provided solutions to it, since I was able to identify visually that the problem was related to a plastic piece below the unit that was broken and leaking. We used chemicals to weld PVT that I had in my garage, cleaned the unit, reassembled and tested. Everything worked fine at the end, one hour more of work where I had to provide support. The reason why I don't provide an excellent review is that I had an unfortunate exchange of words with somebody that appeared to be the owner of the company. When finishing the installation, I asked this person to provide me with an additional discount for the support I had to provide, and specially because the idea on how to solve the problem was mine. This person was rude and ended up replying me back in a very aggressive way, telling me to throw my price and the price of the material I had to use. Very unfortunate, the only thing that saved him was the very professional attitude of the technician and his willingness to be here until the problem was solved, apart from that, the management of the company lacks customer service and I cannot recommend working with them.
