Terrible. You should not hire this people. It's been 7 months after our house was robbed and we decided to go for impact windows as a security measure, and after all that time, not only the work is not complete, but this company threatens to put a lien over our property. Their service is lousy, and has absolutely no follow up on what they do. The people they use to install windows are all third party, and most of them with questionable behavior towards the customer. Like to arrange your schedule and have everything in order for your day? Forget it, they will tell you they will show up at certain time, and if you are lucky, they will appear at noon, if they ever appear. I am not exagerating when I say, that these peoples lack of professionalism is so bad, that at least 40% of the windows they brought were either broken or with wrong measures, and I have all of those useless windows in my patio right now. It is absurd the amount mistakes, as well as the low quality of the installation. If you are not prepared to supervise every detail, you better stay far away from Multitrade Construction, as they rely on you to supervise their entire work, and they never ever send people to check for quality. I was event left with a window open for the entire month of December 2016, because they never secured it, and I found out months later when one installer just moved the piece that was supposed to be fixed, incredible! We were robbed and the burglars entered using the window that was in that same place! When confronted with facts, an individual called Camilo will always try to divert your attention by offering small discounts then crying for the amount of money they have spent, then later, he will accuse you of bringing details of the work, and not "letting them finish", absurd. This was a 30k work, and they pretend you to not provide them with feedback, while they never send any supervisors for the work. We have decided to not pay and confront them with lawyers. Once again, DO NOT contract Multitrade Construction, you will be happy you read this.
