 + -1 moreI purchased a half pallet of Sod on Monday January 8th 2007 and paid in full for the sod and delivery a total of $102.00. It was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday January 10th 2007, but the delivery did not arrive. Since then I have called (your company has never called to apologize or reschedule, not even once) to reschedule the delivery at least 4 times and each time I was told a day and time for the delivery, but the delivery never came. Last Friday, January 19, 2007, I called again and was told that the delivery would arrive the next day, Saturday January 20, 2007 at 10:30am. There was no delivery. They just decided to keep my money and not give me any sod. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and the State of Florida and they have never responded to either.
Description of Work: None. They just sold me sod, and then never delivered it, and will not give me my money back.
