Description of Work: I called Brunner Air Conditioning Inc. yesterday. My air conditioning was out. Jennifer, who answered my call was extremely friendly and professional. Bottom line, Mike and his assistant, Trevor arrived at 9:10am this morning. They were both courteous, engaging and professional. I had fears of having to pay out hundreds of dollars that I don't have to ensure that I would be able to live in my condo over the coming months!! Mike very quickly found the problem and put it right. He and Trevor also gave me advice on the A/C in my unit which I very much appreciated. At no time did either of them try to sell me anything or present a scenario to frighten me into possibly replacing my unit or any part of it within the coming year. A representative from another company told me last year that I would have to do this. I was more than pleased with the service and advice I received from Brunner Air Conditioning Inc. Would I use Mike Brunner's company again? Absolutely. Could I recommend Mike Brunner at Brunner Air Conditioning Inc.? Yes, I certainly could and would. This review is truthful and honest. This past week, I searched Angie's List for an A/C company whom I could trust ... who would not rip me off. I'm grateful that I've found one. If you find the same as I found when I contacted Brunner Air Conditioning, I believe you'll receive the same service and contentment as I've found. Bottom line! If you're reading this, you're probably in the position I was in these past evenings ... hot because air isn't working! Sorry! I'm very comfortable tonight!!!

Description of Work: ai the r conditiuoner was not working, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. the place is for sale qand he gav e me initally good advice about repair vs. new. an honest, efficient, agreeable person whom I would highly recommend to anyone. He respondedn immediately and started working outside before I was able to get someone to open lthe door for him aftter a previous estimate and expensive progn osis, Mike got the job done reasonable cost.

+ -1 moremy A/C was not cooling down to temperature. Mike came out to give me an estimate on a new system and in about 5 minutes found a problem that 2 other companies missed. (one company was just out yesterday and charged me $200.00 ).I was very satisfied with the thorough, honest care that was demonstrated by this business owner/operator . When I am ready to replace the system I will be having it done by this company.
Description of Work: came out to give me an estimate on a new A/C. Instead cleaned my old system and repaired duct work that had come loose.

+ -1 moreThey are good because they don't try to sell you a lot of stuff. They pay special attention to giving you good service without running up your bill, unlike some companies. We are trying to decide if we are going to get a new system installed, they are very good at giving you an outline of what you get and what you pay for.
Description of Work: Brunner Air Conditioning maintains my AC system. They were last here to service it when the power went out, it was very hot and they were here first thing the next morning.
