Flawless move! Quicker than estimated so I saved money too!

Very smooth move. I had to move from my apartment in Altamonte Springs to my new residence in New Tampa. I was on a somewhat tighter schedule as this was the last weekend left on my apartment lease. They sent a 2 man crew and they arrived around 1pm within the promised window that the scheduler set for me. They shrunk wrap my mattress and sofa and boxed up or shrunk wrap the other furniture items. I had done my legwork as well as putting everything in totes and boxes so they could just grab them and head down to the moving van. It took them about an hour to get my stuff down from a 3rd story apartment to their moving van and they were off. They actually arrived at my new place in Tampa before I did as I was delayed completing my lease exit with the apartment community and then getting held up in traffic on I-4. Once i met the guys at the new place they had everything up and moved in within an hour. Other things to consider: I was living in a one bedroom apartment. So I did not have a lot of furniture just the basics. Bed, sofa, coffee table, couple of end tables, nightstand, a workdesk and office chair. My moving guys were professional, courteous and knew what they were doing. My items were handled with appropriate care. Overall, I am very pleased that I went with this company for my move. Things went smoothly.

They did a fine job. The movers were really good and we were so glad that they helped us pack.

Overall professional and good. They did the work in a fair amount of time. The only thing I didn't care for is they used a dolly for all pieces of furniture. I understand they probably do that for time reasons and to make the move faster. I would have preferred a little more care with certain pieces but they weren't disrespectful to anything. Overall they were good. I've had worse, but I've certainly had better too.

They were professional and on time both days. The move was complicated by items set aside for an estate sale but they worked with it and did a great job. I used them before about 15 years ago and they were great then.

I had previously used this company in September of 2013 and they were great. Unfortunately, when I had them move me a little over a year ago I was very disappointed. It has taken this long to write this review as I had did not want to do so until all the repairs for damage incurred and compensation was completed. The movers arrived on time however I was very surprised as they did not look strong enough to move furniture. It took them a very long time to get the furniture out of the condo and on onto the truck. There was a lot of damage to my furniture. It was an agonizingly lengthy process to get them to come out, look at and address the damage. They fixed some of it, replaced a glass top that had chipped and tried to touch up the damage done to my great grandmother's china cabinet and my mother's beautiful oriental screen. I had to chase after them over and over again. They would say they were coming on a particular day and then give me an excuse as to why they did not deliver the repaired piece or replaced piece when they said they would. I had to call repeatedly. Some of the pieces were not repairable and they were supposed to compensate me for the damage. I gave them every opportunity to make things right. They never did. It was a very disappointing experience. I would not use them or recommend them again.

The office was great, the operations manager was great, and the movers were great. The office and operations manager kept me informed, and the movers were friendly, fast, careful with everything, and very helpful in arranging the storage unit.

It did not go. I confirmed and the estimator said that he forgot to ask me up for the payment up front so Dylan S. (the estimator) did not schedule it. When I called to confirm he stated that they were overbook and he could not schedule it for he day that we needed. Dylan S. did not seem to care. Another gentleman tried to help by getting tow other locations further away to help. This did not work out as we were told that we had to pay over $300 extra in travel time. The estimate went from approximately 1050 (original location out of Oldsmar) to 1400 (NPR) to 1600-1800 (Tampa). It kept going up, for the same job and same location. I can not believe the unprofessionalism! I am going to use A + Movers for less than half the cost.

Two men came out. I would probably use them again.

Ben came to give us an estimate to move from our home that was under contract. At the time, we did not have another home bought, so Ben gave us some ideas on storage and costs in that scenario. Turns out, we purchased a home so that goods and furniture could be moved from one location to another. Two men came to pack our home. Was disappointed in one of the packers who took 4 hours to pack the kitchen. The other packer did a good job. So the goods were packed he next day and the moved to the new home the following day. Two Men were on time all three days. The movers were professional, timely and very courteous. They put the beds, mirrors etc. back together. Nothing was damaged or missing. They wrapped all furniture and seemed very careful in loading and unloading it. The estimate was comprehensive so there were no surprises. When I called the office, Dillon was very helpful. I would highly recommend using this company for your next move.

There was no packing just physically moving and transporting. It went well. They were professional. They left the area clean and was on time. It took about 4 hours.

It was good. I used them twice now but each time things were broken. Which I had wrapped securely.

As a customer I would have at least expected a response. I will look for someone else to earn my business.

They were prompt on arrival and polite. They went right to the estimate. They did the move without any problems. It was an excellent experience and company.,

They were very good. I used them because they were very reasonable. I would recommend them except that last time I called them, they quoted me $1500 for moving from storage to one bedroom and I thought it was ridiculous. So if the prices are still high now, I wouldn’t recommend them. The price that I paid was good but not the price that they had initially quoted me.

It was fantastic! I did not have to do anything. They did it all. They disassembled and assembled. I just pointed where I wanted it set and they did everything. They did a fantastic job. They run in between their hour rate. They did a great job.

Lonnie and Joe were great. They treated our possessions so carefully, there wasn't a scratch or broken item. And I've never seen movers work so quickly; they actually beat the estimated time by nearly an hour. We had a stress-free and unexpectedly fun time moving. I would use this company and these particular workers again, without hesitation.

However, we did not use their service to move from one side of town to the other due to their high cost. We also contacted them for a quote to move items from a local storage facility to our new home but again, their price was too high.

They were EXCELLENT. Not only did they move her, but they also advised us on how to pack and store items to eliminate damage. They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

Moved me from Pinellas to Hillsbourgh county. Very professional and saved me some money by finishing early.

We were very pleased with our experience with Two Men and A Truck. From the office staff (Angel) and the initial quote to the movers (Max and Dan), everything went smoothly and there were no surprises or hidden costs. Initially we were not sure how much furniture would be moved as the layout of the townhome was quite different from our old house. Thus, our initial quote ended up including all of the possible furniture to be moved. Needless to say, we ended up selling most of the furniture before the move. This greatly impacted the initial quote. Two men and a truck had no problem with this and revised their quote before the move. By the day of the move we had sold more of the furniture and had also moved a great deal of the boxes and small miscellaneous items to the new location ourselves. Once again, this did not phase the movers and the final price simply reflected the hours they actually spent conducting the move. From the moment Max and Dan arrived they were hustling. My neighbors even commented on how they would bring out a piece of furniture, load it in the truck and then 'run' back into the house for the next load. Along with this speed, Max and Dan were also quite careful with our items. In fact, they even shrink wrapped several pieces of furniture before they were loaded onto the truck. We had no damage to any of our items during this move. Due to our ability to reduce the size of our move along with the speed and efficiency of Max and Dan, we were able to complete this move in less than 3 hours! Again, we were extremely pleased with Two Men and A Truck and would not hesitate to use them again.

The movers arrived promptly as promised. The packed clothes in the closets and move all boxes that we had previously packed. Each piece of furniture was completely wrapped in padded blankets and then clear saran like wrapped before being moved. We were very impressed with the care that was taken in wrapping and protecting our furniture. A similar procedure was used for all lamps and household items before moving them. The whole moving process was completed in less time than originally estimated and the bill was reduced appropriately. Additionally, the entire move of 5 rooms of furniture and belongings was completed without a single instance of damage to anything. The moving men were a pleasure to work with and I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Excellent job and an excellent group of movers. Thanks

No major issues. More work than I had estimated by them, and I expected (and wanted) the hourly rates quoted. Requested and received an extra (3rd) worker. Team lead kept accurate time and the group seemed to stay busy, despite three flights up and down in Florida summer. Final price exceeded estimate (as expected), but final invoice was spot on time and promised rates for truck and man hour type bid. Only three items damaged - two poorly packed picture frames (glass broke - I packed them, so my fault) and a cracked lamp shade I repaired myself. Not unexpected damage for any move. They provided insurance claim forms - I never even bothered to file. Will use them again.

They did a vrey nice job and paid attention to detail. They do not honor or offer any discounts for a consumer who has used their services before. We had used them at least 3 previous times. We have since found a more reasonable local mover who offers discounts to seniors, and referral discounts!!

I'm terrible with names especially on moving day, but the entire three man crew were absolutely outstanding. Not only did they arrive much earlier than the original timeframe (after politely calling to ask if that was okay), but they also brought an extra guy from the last job that they were on...for free! They each introduced themselves, then after a quick look at the items and their location and explaining the services on the contract, I signed it and then they started the clock and got to work. This team worked effortlessly and fast, very fast. No breaks, no standing around, just hard workers. They worked so efficiently that they finished much faster than they had anticipated and consequently saved me a lot of money. They could easily have worked slower and made more money, I am very impressed with their work ethic and integrity. Also, the lady that took our reservation was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, just like the rest of the team. Highly, highly recommended and we will be telling friends , family and co-workers to use Two Men and a Truck for their moving needs for a stress free, professional move.
