I needed small ceiling repairs and refinishing done after a kitchen remodel. I also had them scrape the entryway, hallway and dining room ceiling and refinish it as well. Every surface was covered during the job and the crew cleaned everything up after the work was completed. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Wabarto and his crew, Yusnaider and Jesus arrived on time as scheduled. They were all efficient and hard working. Only taking their lunch break while waiting for the mud to dry. Otherwise, working non-stop until the work day ended or the job was finished. Each day the floor, windows, and walls were draped with plastic sheeting. At the end of each workday, the sheeting and all debris was removed from the premises. Wabarto was proud to show off their work and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before they left. Wabarto and his crew were efficient and demonstrated good attention to detail. They were pleasant, respectful of me and my property and professional. If I ever need drywall installed or repaired again, I know where to go. I will not hesitate to recommend Textures by Blue Sky to friends or neighbors too if the opportunity arises.

Walberto called first thing in the morning to let me know they were on the way. When we met at the house, we walked through and I showed him the awful state my home (2200 sq ft) was in. Walberto, Noah, Eduardo and Jesus immediately got to work. They first repaired and replaced a large sheet-rock bulge that was evident in the den. They then taped off the entire house and I mean the ENTIRE house. They then finished scraping the popcorn that had been left by the crummy previous company. They repaired the ceiling gouges then applied the knock down. I hated popcorn and a smooth ceiling was cost prohibitive so I decided to go with a slight texture. Walberto showed me a couple of examples on the ceiling and I chose a light application. The Textures By Blue Sky crew applied the knock down, removed the plastic covering walls/floors/etc, swept the floors, and washed off the driveway. Walberto, Noah, Eduardo and Jesus were extremely professional, courteous and made sure that I was content. The price was affordable and the job performance was perfect (exactly as the video on their website stated it would be). I am so happy that I have hired them to remove the popcorn in my garage next. I called early (Monday or Tuesday) the week of 10/31/16 to get a quote on some work that needed to be done on my kitchen ceiling. Clay was sent out the next day (about 1:30 pm). He explained what would need to be done, but did not take any measurements, He promised me a quote within 2 hours. I waited through the remainder of the day to get the quote - it never showed up. I called the next day at about 3:30 pm to find out what happened and spoke with Diane. She said that she didn't see it going out (that's why I had not received it), and confirmed my email address. She said she would check into it. Never heard back from anyone. Today is 11/9/16. It has been a week since Clay came out and today the quote finally showed up in my email. I had to call twice to try to obtain the quote to no avail. I didn't bother after that. If you say you will provide a quote within 2 hours, that's what I expect, not a week later. Sorry folks, you lost my business.

Amazing experience! Talk about a professional crew that came to the house. It all started with the Crew Chief Walberto who was prompt, courteous and the epitome of professionalism and hard work. His crew consisted of Jesus, Noah, and Eduardo who all came to work and were polite, engaging and hardworking. Thank you as well to Clay and Jackie who were pleasant and easy to work with! I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Roberto and his team did an excellent job and I was extremely impressed they were able to get it all done in one day. They even removed the popcorn and retextured some of the hard to reach closets with high shelving. Roberto is very detail oriented and made sure everything was done to perfection. He even found one spot on the ceiling that wasn't quite right which will be fixed when they come back to paint the ceiling. They were also as clean as they possibly could be with the process with plastic sheeting covering the walls and ceilings. There is a little dust afterwards but minimal considering what a messy job it inherently is.

First of all employees were very prompt and professional; they called while on their way to let us know of arrival time. When they arrived they quickly started setting up while the supervisor explained what they were going to be doing and checked with me on all services and areas in house to be addressed. They covered the driveway, entranceway and all interior work areas with plastic to minimize any mess during popcorn removal and texture application. I must say I was very impressed with both quality of work and cleanliness of the entire job. They removed all popcorn ceiling from most of the interior of my house and re-applied a knock down texture all in the first day with no mess either inside or outside of the house. They came back 2 days later to paint the ceilings after allowing the texture to cure. I also had them re-texture the walls in our living room area and again everything was completed timely and with no mess. I would highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone wanting popcorn removal service as they did an excellent job!

As a Realtor, I am very cautious about making recommendations for service companies. But as far as Blue Sky goes, this is a no-brainer! I was very pleased with each and every aspect of the service I received. The crew that renovated my ceilings, removing popcorn and applying a knock-down finish, was excellent. They completely covered all walls and floors before starting. They even covered the driveway! The finished product looks excellent. This small investment of about $1,000.00 returned several thousand dollars in value to a home we are about to put on the market. I will recommend Blue Sky to anyone with popcorn ceilings who want to have a more modern look to their home. And if you are thinking of selling your home, this is one repair that should return many times the money spent.

It went great. It took them a little over 4 hours to complete the whole job and clean up. The cleanup was thorough and the results from the removal of the popcorn ceiling were great. Day of the team called and confirmed they were on time and would be there by 8:20. They went in and did their thing. They called before they finished so that I could do a walk through before paying at the end.

They arrived on time, were very polite and informative. Covered all walls, floors, ceiling fixtures, furniture with plastic sheeting, also covering the floor from the Front Door all the way to the bedrooms to protect our floors from them walking in and out.They proceeded to spray / wet down all ceiling with special hose and scraped everything down. At this point they prepared to spray the texture, once spraying was completed, they waited and reviewed all areas, looking for ant missed places, then dragged the ceilings to create the knockdown effect. Upon completion they once again reviewed all areas looking for missed spots, cleaned up, removed all plastic carefully and did so in a very neat fashion. They then sprayed down the driveway to clean up whatever residue was left from the process. They accomplished this all within a 4 - 4 1/2 hour period - We are extremely happy with the service, the attitude and the overall job.

it was awesome, they sent a crew of 7 and all were very professional. They were in at 8:10am and cleaned up and out by 2pm. The crew chief was considerate enough to ask me if I minded if they communicated in Spanish. This is a sloppy job but after they wrapped it up you'd have never known. Thank you Blue Sky! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to update their ceiling.

Everything this company did was top notch. They gave me a quote quickly which was very competitive. They emailed me a video and instructions on how to prepare. They emailed before the day to remind me. Then they called 30 minutes prior to arriving, promptly at 8AM. The removal team went right to work. Explained what they were going to do, pointed out a few things that I had overlooked and put plastic sheeting over everything . They removed the popcorn and then fixed all the little imperfections. Then, they applied the new texture with a tow-behind trailer in front of the house and a sprayer with a long hose. They cleaned up the place, removed the plastic and then we walked through the rooms. Everything looked great. They were done with roughly 800 sq. ft. in 5 hours. I'd use them again in a second.

A team of 4 men showed up as scheduled and got right to work laying plastic covering over the parking space and adjoining sidewalks in this condo complex. All community sidewalks from the parking lot to my unit were covered in plastic. They then covered all floor space and furniture in my home. They were courteous, hardworking and attentive to detail. When the ceiling was completed, the removed all debris and left my unit broom clean. They cleaned and even hosed down walkways where they could. I would highly recommend Blue Sky whose estimate was the cheapest of the three I received. I give then an A+ for today's work. I love my new ceiling!

Textures By Blue Sky was a breeze to work with. They arrived exactly as scheduled. Day 1: they removed popcorn ceiling from 1400 sq ft of residential house and they applied a knockdown texture to the ceiling. Day 2: they came back and painted the ceiling. There was no drama or any issues. Textures did a great job plus they were in and out in no time.

Rang door bell and when answered they introduced themselves and asked to walk through the house to see the job. While the foreman did the walk through with me the crew unloaded and got equipment ready TO START. There wasn't a wasted moment. They covered everything with plastic and tape, ( it was like a scifi movie having everything covered and sealed in plastic to capture all dust and debris).The driveway and front walk coming into the house was also covered in plastic. They started to scrape the texture from the ceiling and when that was completed they began to spray the texture on the ceilings.. When they completed the job they collected all the plastic covering walls, floors, furniture, windows and doors and took it out to their truck. They went through the house sweeping up anything on the floor, wiping and getting any debris left. Our house is approx. 2200 sq. feet air conditioned. They called to say what their ETA was going to be and when they arrived at 8:30 AM they were done, cleaned up and in their vehicles by 3:30 PM We did a walk through to inspect the work and were very pleased they did what was asked perfectly and very neatly. I would have them back again in a heart beat. Would I recommend them yes they were great. I spoke to them at a home show in Tropicana Field last year.

Work performed was exemplary! Crew was punctual, always phoned 30min in advance of arrival, cleaned up totally after each day of work, and were as polite as could be.

The experience was fantastic. The end product looks totally professional. The team was polite, respectful, skilled, and worked very efficiently. It was incredible to see what the team could do so quickly. Only a small amount of debris remained (took an hour to get rid of anything). If you want this service you should use this company.

The entire process of dealing with blue Sky was excellent. The bid was promptly submitted, and within three days, the job was expertly completed. The ceiling and walls look great.

Before choosing Textures by Blue Sky, we had estimators from a few companies (including Textures) come to the house to assess the damage and provide details on cost and feasibility to repair the damage. Their estimator was prompt, courteous, professional and reassuring that Textures could do the job. He quoted us a price we felt was very fair and below the estimates provided by other potential providers. On the day of the project Textures' 3-man crew arrived punctually. I walked the house with the crew chief to assess one final time the work to be performed. Once the walk through was completed, the crew got to work on preparing the house for the project. The house in which the work was performed is a four story 3500 square foot townhouse. The crew had first to cover those areas of the floors, walls and ceilings not needing repair. I was very impressed not only with the speed with which they completed the preparation, but also the manner in which they did it; the heavy duty plastic sheeting used to cover walls ceilings and furniture and draped to isolate the areas needing repair gave our house the look and feel of an operating room Once the prep was complete, the repair work followed. This consisted of repair and/or removal of the existing drywall; finally (and most important to us) they then came in with a large hose connected to an in-tow compressor to spray the knockdown on the newly repaired areas. The hose was long enough to reach the 4th story of the building by simply snaking it up four flights of stairs right through the front door! After the the knockdown was applied the job was complete, the crew proceeded to remove all the protective plastic sheeting and clean the entire workspace. Before leaving the crew chief and I did a walk through to inspect and approve the work. Once done, I telephoned the office and expressed my approval of a job well done! The crew arrived at approximately 8:30 a.m. (as scheduled) and were gone by 3:30 p.m. One final comment: the estimator told us it will be very difficult to match the new knock down precisely with the remaining knock down throughout the rest of the house. Well - they did it! The place looks awesome! This company is great at what it does and I would highly recommend them. Thanks for a great job Textures by Blue Sky!
