Description of Work: They come out weekly and clean and test our chemicals and check our filter. We have a salt water pool so they keep all that balanced.

+ 0 morePat and his team were great. They explained everything and were very easy to work with. They come out when they say they will and do a great job. The first attempt to fix the draining spa didn't work but they resolved it very quickly without charging me extra. They are wonderful!
Description of Work: Replaced the filter manifold, and many other worn out parts. Our spa was draining on its own and they figured out and fixed the problem. Removed old nonfunctioning heater. They also replaced the spa blower.

+ 0 morePerfect! I have used Pat Taylor's Pool service several times now without knowing he was on Angie's List. He is always punctual and professional. I have had Pat do installation of replacement equipment as well as repair. This time, my very expensive Hayward EcoStar variable speed pump went bad so I had Pat replace it with a TriStar, which he said is much more reliable. He did an excellent job as always.
Description of Work: Installed a new variable speed pool pump.

+ -1 morePat worked for several weeks on this project and installed 4 new pumps, including a variable speed Hayward, along with a Jandy automation system which works off my IPhone to turn the pumps on/off and control the temperature of the pool, as well as the lights. There were some bumps in the road, as Pat had a key employee of his leave right when the project started and it caused some delays. Ultimately, however, we are pleased with the way the system now functions and even signed on with his company to provide us with weekly pool service.
Description of Work: I recently moved into a home with a very unique and elaborate pool setup, consisting of several pumps that operate the pool, spa, swim jets, and two waterfalls, along with a heat pump. The pool was a swamp when we closed on the house and I needed an estimate for getting my pool up and running again. We had a couple of companies come out and inspect the pool and then disappeared after seeing how complicated the setup was. Pat came out and conducted a thorough inspection and assured me that this was within his area of expertise. He gave me a number of different options for improving my pool, including changing to salt, installing an automation system, and he also went over ways that we could keep costs down through salvaging some of the existing equipment, which was appreciated.

+ -1 moreTaylor Pool service was prompt, professional and very competitively priced. Pat Taylor replaced my old decrepit spa heater with a brand new gas Rheem Spa heater and replaced the spa pump with a 2 speed pump and redid the plumbing and installed a new digital timer. He also installed a brand new LED spa light. We also have a scheduled water treatment that keeps the water in pristine condition. My wife and I are very pleased with the results and can finally enjoy our backyard the way it was meant to be thanks to Pay Taylor's hard work. I highly recommend this company due to his honesty, high quality workmanship and professionalism. Thank You!

+ -1 morePat was able to give me a quote and fix my pool pump motor in the same day. Our pool was in really bad shape with clumps of algae and the bottom was black. He also cleaned it using his own pump and got it crystal blue.
Description of Work: Fixed our pool pump, changed our pool filter, and brought our pool back to a state where it could be used.

Knowledgable. Proficient. Technical. Courteous. They fixed things that prior guys tried and failed - and they did it the first time. Taylor went out of his way to get it done. Reliable, professional all the way. Rare you find a guy like this.
Description of Work: Two jobs. One big job took a lot of work and replumbing & gas connection. The other was a spa light repair that others had tried to fix.
