Good carpenter...on job on time. Worked hard to get the job done.

Shaun was great. We needed a half of the west exterior of our home's siding replaced, and he recommended great quality Hardie board. Super easy to work with, good at fast texting to stay in communication, competitive pricing, and the work done was wonderful. We will definitely use this company in the future.

We hired Shawn to replace siding and trim, but ended up contracting him for more: paint the entire interior of home including ceilings, fix & replace drywall, baseboards, remove wall AC unit and install glass block in its place. We handed him a pretty big job - challenging for us since we were moving out of state and not even present for any of it. He kept us informed, and when additional problems with structure were discovered he quoted fairly & incorporated it into job. Very pleased - we hired the right guy - no fluff, no tactics, just honest good work.

The finished product is great! Had to have a wood siding removed and replaced with stucco. Very pleased the new stucco exterior is a near perfect match to the rest of the exterior stucco. Highly recommend this company for exterior home projects.

Great work! Not the cheapest, but used the highest quality paints and materials so worth the investment. Repaired and painted soffit and fascia around my home. Would have rated customer service a five except for the delays in receiving estimates for future projects.

Shawn did a great job! he was booked for a while, but it was well worth the wait. He came out and patched up the boards and gave me an exact quote based off of pictures of the areas that needed attention. He also helped remove 12 baseballs that the neighbor's kids put in my gutter from practicing their baseball. I would highly recommend Shawn for any job you need done, he knows what he's talking about and executes with precision!

Sean responded immediately to my posting on this site and then showed up the very next day (a Saturday) to give me a quote. There was some weather delays but Shawn kept me in the loop all the time and he did show up when he promised. He did exactly what we agreed upon and did a great job. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Sean was outstanding in his professionalism, timeliness, and quality of work. I will use him again in the future for projects and highly recommend him and his company.

Because I live in California I had to plan the florida repairs by telephone and email. Shawn was very professional and emailed me pictures of before and after. I was pleased with his work.

Shawn is an excellent communication regarding arrival and moves extremely fast on the job. However, with custom made drapery, he would benefit from slowing down just a little to allow the customer to analyze if everything is hung properly. He did this some things but not all. As a customer I felt pressured to say it's okay or not. At the same time, I would hire him again. He is GREAT with the standard draperies, etc.

We contacted Service Magic to get a few quotes for painting our entire home and knocking down a large wall at our home in South Tampa. Shawn did an excellent job painting our home and paid fine attention to the details. He also did our backsplash in the kitchen and installed our travertine floors. They both look gorgeous! Shawn was very professional and I was so happy that he was also able to help me with some other projects that I needed a contractor type guy for around the house. He�s very smart and truly enjoys his work. I would defiantly recommend Shawn to our friends and family!

Shawn was attentive and the work was affordable and reasonable He approached the job with eagerness, willingness, and goodness My family and myself did our own hauling of the construction materials, concrete, old tile, ancient mortar, steel metal wire, cabientry, etc. driving it to the McKay Bay site and disposing of it properly was our responsiblity

The project involved replacing some wood on our building and repainting. Project was on schedule and they did a nice job. They cleaned up after completion. Shawn was very pleasant. Would not hesitate to contact them again.

The job isn't complete yet, but so far I'm very pleased. He is very prompt and does great work.
