+ -1 moreOur experience with Robert was amazing from beginning to end. We had three other estimates done before his and we knew we were going to go with him for the moment he walked in. He is very professional and thorough. He listened to what we wanted and incorporated ideas from his experience to deliver the best project for our home. Differently from the other companies, he prepares the drawing of the project in his computer and send it with all the measurements, so it is easy to have a clear idea of what he is proposing. He is also open to discussion and was very patient when we asked to make last minute changes. His employees are very courteous, professional, and clean. We have two babies and they were very nice on complying with our request of making the least possible noise and cleaning after themselves. The quality of the work is amazing and we are planning to have all the other closets done and our garage soon. If you want high quality and great customer service, this is the company to go with,

He asked if I would like for him to hang it on the wall. Of course, I said "Yes." Robert went over and above what I wanted and needed. He is very professional and service oriented, as are the people who work for him. If necessary, I would use him again.
Description of Work: Provided custom closets for the master bedroom and guest bedroom. Also made a shelf for under the sink and added Durabase to the shelves in the pantry.

He responded to all my questions promptly and was flexible in scheduling the installation. I had to reschedule a few times and it was never a problem for him. His quote was very reasonable and he stayed on target with the price. He installed the closets himself and made sure that everything was cleaned up afterward. I couldn't be happier with the closet - it offers a lot of space for clothes and storage. Robert was very helpful in choosing the right design to work for my needs. The materials used are very sturdy and I'm sure it will last a long time! If you need a closet, be sure to consider Premier. Overall it was a great experience working with Robert!

He called the next morning and stated that his son was sick and that he couldn't make it but one of his employees was available if I was OK with that. Robert was extremely apologetic and offered to reschedule the appointment at a later date if I was not comfortable with having someone else work on the closet. I really didn't care, I just wanted the work done, and assumed that if Robert had hired the person, his work would be acceptable. The job was finished in one day. The worker was quiet and clean and the final product was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Robert Morse (Premiere Closet's). Excellent quality, value and end result!
Description of Work: I needed to reorganize my exiting custom closet and one of the companies that I called was Premiere Closets. Robert, the owner, returned my call immediately and scheduled an appointment to take a look at the closet so that he could provide me with a layout and a price. Robert called to confirm the appointment the night before and arrived on time. He provided good ideas/solutions to what I was trying to accomplish with the current space. Robert provided me with the layout and price quote with in several hours. Since I was not familiar with the rates for installing a custom closet, I wanted to get two other quotes. The first company that I called couldn't send anyone out for a week, because there designers were all booked. I didn't think I needed a 'designer' to draw/install a custom closet, so after scheduling the appointment, I ended up cancelling it. The next company I called sent a sales person out within 2 days and provided me with a quote 2 full days later. Their quote was nearly twice as much as what Robert had quoted, and I didn't get that warm. fuzzy feeling from them if you know what I mean. I called Robert to schedule the work, and if I remember correctly, he was able to schedule it with in one week.

He was very punctual as well on installation days and very efficient with the installations. He sent the initial proposal and we laid out the sizing with tape on the floor as he suggested. We had him change the design a little and he came up the final price. The install took most of a day. We now have great looking closets that can store much more than before. We love the results.

Robert (the owner, designer and installer) is down to earth, professional and a skilled finisher. We had a medium sized walk in closet done. I investigated options online and some local competition that had good reviews on Angies list. Roberts price was the best, his reviews are the best and his completed work was flawless. You can feel secure in doing business with him. He is conscious on all levels to your wants and quality of install. Completely Satisfied!
Description of Work: Designed and installed a Medium sized walk in closet. Complete with 11 shelf shoe tower and 17 feet of double hung racks. 1 drawer tower. Top shelf wrap around. Finished trim molding and quarter round to match.

+ 0 moreWe requested bids from 3 providers. One simply dropped the ball and stopped communicating with us, one chose not to custom build what we needed/wanted, and then there was Premiere. Our closet has a 45 degree wall that the other vendors wanted to place two square pre-built cabinets with space lost in the corner. Robert was willing to go with my design and build a custom cabinet with a 45 degree back which fully utilized the available space. Price and quality was excellent.

Not only is the owner the installer but the extra time he spends with you looking over and cataloging your storage needs really makes the customization personal to your needs. The time spent evaluating the proper number of shelf, hanging and shoe space really what makes for a positive experience. When it comes to picking out the colors finish and accessories budget and cost benefit really enter into the decision process. Never once was i pressured to spend more money. In actuality maximizing cost and keeping the product within budget are great qualities premiere closets offer. Once i am able to do a little work in my laundry room i will be inviting them back to increase my storage capabilities. I really think they did a great job from the beginning of the process till the end. I am completely satisfied with the results and believe my money was well spent.

+ -1 moreRobert came out to double check the measurements and had samples of the different glass we could use in the cabinets, drawer color and style and also the counter we put in the laundry room. I had some very specific ideas on what I wanted and they were not standard by any means. Robert listened and did exactly what I asked. Some required redesigning the original plan but he accommodated. He also had some great ideas to maximize the space. As standard, we put half down for materials and scheduled the work to begin. He and his crew arrived exactly when they said they were going to and did almost all of the work in one day. Robert came out the next day just for some minor items that needed to be finished. I wanted the tie and belt racks relocated and had some additional requests. Robert made sure that it was all done to our satisfaction. He also followed up afterwards to see what we thought once we got everything back in our closets. With the wire hanging system, I had no room for my purses, bags and shoes. With the new closets, I have room for more! Love it.
Description of Work: Custom closets for master bedroom, linen closet, guest room, office and laundry room storage. We had the wire hanging system in all areas. Robert made contact quickly, set up an appointment to review everything and had a nice portfolio to look at. He took all the necessary measurements and sent the quote to us quickly. He explained how the materials he uses may differ from others (good quality) and also detailed how his drawers and made, etc. His price was the best out of the 3 and the design was the most creative. We had an emphasis on maximizing the spaces.

Robert arrived on time, measured the spaces, discussed materials, and later emailed us a cost estimate and detailed drawings for each closet. We accepted the bid and set up a time for installation. He and his associate showed up on time, and did the installation. The work was done quickly and professionally. He explained what had been done, and cleaned up the worksite. Robert is very personable and goes about his work in a professional manner. He was always on time and stayed in contact throughout the entire process. I would recommend Premiere Closets and would use them again without hesitation.
