moved into my home a year ago to beautiful closets designed by a company no longer in business. Sadly, a week ago, the entire system started to come out from the wall, putting me in serious danger of an entire wall-hanging system of drawers and cabinets falling on me or my young children. I called two closet companies, neither of whom would help me since it was not their original system. Then, I called Premier and talked with Robert Morse. He understood my situation and came out that same day to look at my troubled closet. He quoted me a very fair price and then came back the very next day to do the job. He thought it would be a matter of just pulling up the sagging system and hanging it back into the wall....but alas, he had to take apart the entire wall of cabinetry! I know he did not plan on this when he gave me the estimate or when he thought through the length of time to complete the project. Robert was one of the most professional people i have ever worked with. And the quality of his work was unbelievable!

I obtained estimates from three companies, of which Premiere Closets was one. I discovered Premiere Closets on Angie's List. I called and spoke with Robert, the owner of the company, and scheduled a time for him to come measure my closet and laundry room, and provide an estimate. Robert came to my home and asked me questions about what I was interested in. Within 24 hours, Robert emailed me a custom design for both the master closet and laundry room along with an estimate of the cost. His estimate was significantly lower than the other two estimates I received (ClosetsbyDesign estimate = $2800; California Closets estimate = $2599). We scheduled a day for the work to be done. Robert and his assistant arrived promptly, and I was amazed at how quickly the work was performed. Robert offered to provide additional shelving if needed, and I took him up on his offer for several additional shelves, which he provided at no additional charge. Several weeks after the installation, I noticed that one of the cabinet doors in the laundry room seemed to be rubbing slightly at the bottom. I called Robert, and he came by the house and fixed the problem in what seemed like seconds! I would definitely recommend Premiere Closets to anyone looking to install closet organizers. One of the main reasons I chose Premiere Closets, is that I felt the other companies were charging WAY too much for the work I wanted done. Both companies offered to beat any competitor's price by a certain percentage, but I was more than slightly offended by the high estimates they provided when the work could obviously be done for substantially less. Why should I go back to either company and haggle over the price, when Robert provided what I thought was a fair price for the work I wanted done?

Robert came out measured our closet- took inventory of the things we wanted to have in our closet (i.e. drawers, cabinets, etc.). He took this information provided me with a 3 dimensional drawing of the proposed plan. He showed up at all appointments on time or early. He even tore the old closet system out a week prior to installation so that I would have time to patch and paint the walls before he installed the new system.

The experience was pleasant, professional, friendly, on time and I will use Premier Closets again.

Mr. Morse showed up at the appointment times and followed up on my requests, even after installation. He was the only closet company that I could find that was willing and able to customize my master closet higher than 9 feet. He designed very workable closets that meet both mine & my spouse's needs. Well worth the price. I got MUCH more for the money than was offered by the 3 other companies that I received estimates from.

It went very smoothly. We told him we wanted to keep it simple to keep the price down, and not a lot of intricacies. He was very respectful of that and didn't try to sell us on more expensive designs or materials. He measured it out, priced it out, gave us a couple of drawings so we knew what to expect, came in about a week later and installed it in one morning and came and put the countertop on it the next. We will use him if we decide to spend a little money to get our closets organized.
