PREMIERE CLOSETS

Robert came out to look at the job, he drew the plans and emailed to us. We made some changes to suit our needs. He came back out with the materials and done within few hours. He accommodated our time frame that we needed to get the work done. Because we did the closets done within a week he did had to come back to place the panel for the drawers after two weeks.

Very professional throughout the process. Robert came out and went over options then created individual plans for both closets. They were very punctual and professional. Even cleaned up before leaving!

Robert came by immediately after I called sent me a complete picture with estimate we tweaked it and voila we were ready to go. We scheduled the service and it was completed in 2 days. We love our closets!

This was great. Robert's very experienced, plus he's personable and funny. This is the third time we've had closets made in homes we've owned. The first two times were in Minnesota. Robert was faster and cheaper than the other two companies. We liked that his materials come from Canada and we like the finishing work he did on the closets. He was very easy to work with, he was fast and affordable. We don't have any more closets in our home for him to do......but if we did, I would definitely hire him again. If we decided we needed something created in our garage, for example, to store things, I'd call him. Very highly recommend him.

I had no problem contacting Robert, the owner, and he was extremely responsive. We set a consultation appointment for the next morning. Robert arrived at the agreed upon time and the meeting was professional and instructive. He took measurements, provided informaton about the type of sytems used and a description of the process. As promised, I received graphic representations for the installations with clear price esitmates for each close which were competitively priced. We scheduled the work, and Robert called the day before the installation to confirm. They arrived at 9:00 a.m. and were done by 2:00 p.m. The installations went smoothly and the closets are better than what I expected. It is impressive how much additional storage space was gained and it is much better organized. The team was extremely neat and careful in the house -- if it wasn't for the closets you would not have known anyone was there. The following day, Robert called to check-in and see if I was satisfied and whether any follow-up was desired. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience, and I will definately use them in the future.

We needed a closet system in the walk-in closet in our master bedroom. Robert came out, met with my wife, and e-mailed a CGI and estimate the next day. We scheduled installation for a Friday, and since I had tickets to the Rays opener, timing was critical! Robert assured me we'd be the first job of the day, and it should only be about 4 hours at the max. Well, he showed up 10 minutes early and he and his helper got right to work. Wasting no time, they wrked efficiently and professionally, and 3 hours later they were done and cleaning up their work area. Robert even worked with me to show me all the capabilities of the closet and its adjustments. I have HONESTLY purchased vehicles where the sales staff didn't take the kind of time and pride in explaining their product that Robert did. Truly a PLEASURE to do business with

Robert came out quickly to do the estimate, and he and Justin came out within a few days to complete the work. We had just moved in and Robert was thoughtful enough to come out and do the work quickly so that we could get our things organized and get settled in our new home. They were done within 3 1/2 - 4 hours and were very professional. We love the new closets and Robert did and excellent job with the design, so that we can get more in our closets than in the closets in our last house, even though they are a little smaller. I would use them again in the future.

Robert Morse and his associate Justin built us an amazing closet system. We have a huge closet with high ceilings and they maximized all the space. And they did it in just one day. Robert was very personable, timely, and professional as was Justin. In addition, they used quality material and the workmanship was outstanding. They did such a great job that we are redoing two more closets in our home with them. I highly recommend these guys!

He was quick to respond to my initial request, came out on-time and e-mailed me a proposal with all of the cabinet details in an easy to understand format. We agreed a price and a date and he and Justin arrived exactly as agreed and did a great job. They clearly take pride in their work, are respectful of being in other people's houses, cleaned up after they were finished and I cannot be any happier with the end product. As Robert had warned me at the outset of the project, my only problem now is my wife will want every room in the house to look this good.

We called to get a consultation and estimate. We were impressed that Robert answers his own phone and we scheduled a meeting. We have an unusally shaped closet with a lot of unused space. He measured and helped us select what we needed. The next day he sent us an email with a computer-designed closet system with a very reasonable price. We received another bid for a much higher price and it was not drawn to scale so we were reluctant. Robet figured a way to use our wasted space in a very functional design. The day of the install, he and Justin arrived precisely on time and finished in less than 3 hours. It was amazing and we love it. We would recommend him to everyone.

A fantastic service experience from start to finish! Robert came out right away. On time and well prepaired. He was extreamly knowledgeable and polite. He listened to what I wanted and designed a perfect design for my needs. His price was very reasonable. He installed aprox. 1 week later. It took 1 week because I wanted special order doors. Otherwise, it would have been within days. He does the install and puts double protection on the hanging closets. His installation was neet, clean and excellent workmanship. The product he installs is high end. I am very pleased with everything.

Also, provided us with feedback based on other client experiences, but didn't try to push us one way or another. He did everything he said he would (didn't over-promise) and at a great price. I found "Premier Closets" on Angie's list and was impressed with all the great reviews. I was very happy with the work performed. Robert came out to my home and suggested installing cabinets on the one wall so I could put stuff away then see if more would be needed. Robert arrived for the first visit and made two additional visits prior to beginning the job. I had to clear out the area so Robert could get access to the wall to see where the electrical, pipes, and breakaway water vent was installed so that he could mount the cabinets with cut outs around these items. That was the reason multiple visits happened. The cabinets were also installed on legs about six inches off the floor which will be important if there should ever be any flooding from the Gulf. He called and confirmed each appointment and always arrived on time. The day of the installation Robert and his assistant arrived at 9:30am and the job was completed by 1:00pm. I would highly recommend Robert for any type of home closet or storage area that needs to be addressed.
