Description of Work: Ed drew plans for me for a new porch. They were excellent and he was very good to work with. I would really give him a B+ with my only issue being that it seemed to take a little longer than I had expected. However, I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend.

 + -1 moreMy experience with Ed Ruland was superb. Ed listened and delivered exactly what I dreamt of in my head. He paid attention to even the small details I didn't think about such as the quality of materials to make sure that it was hurricane proof. He drew very detailed plans that any builder or inspector can follow to assure that I have a quality home. He took the time to go to the site with me and to look at other homes for elevation ideas. Very very nice honest dependable person, it was a pleasure having him design my home. I would recommend him without hesitation.
