I was on the phone with the vet when Vinnie arrived at my door and was told by Vinnie, as soon as I hung up with the vet, that I should give my dog the needle! Who says stuff like this to a paying customer or anyone for that matter? Vinnie then proceeded to scream at me from my drive way. Rude, so rude I called the office to complain and was told since it is 2017 I should not take stuff so personally than was hung up on by Louis.

Everything is fine. He gave me instructions on what to do and how to deal with my busted water heater situation. He was absolutely fabulous and very professional.

Our old hot water heater was leaking into our garage. We called Lynche at 7pm left a message and they returned the call in 10 minutes. They said they would call first thing in the morning and they called at 7:45am. Someone arrived as promised by 9:00 to remove the old hot water heater. By 11:00 they had someone there installing a new hot water heater.

I came home from an out of town trip on a Friday afternoon to find my water heater had failed and water was leaking into the garage. I called Lynch, and within 30 minutes he was at my house to unhook the old water heater. Within 24 hours on a holiday weekend he installed the new unit. He did a professional job in the installation, and gave me some tips on how to avoid problems in the future.

They were super responsive and they came in about 30 minutes. They were extremely helpful. We now have a new plumber after using them. This is the first time that we have used them

We've used them several times and they are pretty good. We had installed the toilet our self initially. We've had all the other work done by them and they've always been really good. They have come on time. They are quick in getting the job done. We had a leak in our bathroom wall behind the shower tub area which took over a night because they came late in the day. They had to cut a hole in the wall to get the leak shut off. They were good enough to come back the next day though they were packed up with their work. They wanted to get all set so that they could come the next day and actually fix the piping that was leaking. We have used them several times for fixing various toilets and leaks that we had around the house.

They have always been able to take care of whatever problems that I have. They always come out right away. They are excellent. He was able to come out and get all of the work done in one day. I give them all A's for their services.
