I priced it out, they had one of the lower prices for similar products. I got in touch they came and measured they door. In a few weeks they brought back the finished screen and it fit just fine. Just the way I like my home improvement projects simple and no hassle.

They were punctual and reliable. Unfortunately part of the film used was incorrect type, but they immediately corrected it at no extra cost. Very satisfied,

We started with Home Safety Solutions when we began our search for a hurricane solution for our many windows. Knowing little about storm shutters and windows, we had many questions, and project manager Mike Tamme was extremely patient with us and answered our questions and provided multiple estimates based on different scenarios. We eventually went with a different company because we decided to replace our windows, and the company we chose had better pricing for windows and financing. But Home Safety had very competitive prices for shutters, and if we wanted to use traditional aluminum shutters, we would have been happy to work with them.

It went as well as it could. I recommend you try them, maybe their prices will be within your budget

Not much to tell. Two men arrived on time, they corrected the problem in a reasonable time, cleaned up and left. Billing came about three days later. It was fair. I am having them back to install upgraded hangers on my storm shutters.

He was very informative and very helpful and does have a lot of good suggestions and very professional.

Company was very professional, prompt, and clean. Completely satisified with their work, although price is steep you do get a lifetime warranty. Given that I don't know how many years I am staying here in Florida, I chose this solution over the much higher cost of replacing the single pane windows with double pane as an immediate way to reduce A/C cost. One year later, I do notice marks have appeared on the windows when viewed from outside, but given the age of these windows (20 yrs) I remain satisfied with the cost/benefit tradeoff. I will use this company again when needed.

It is phenomenal. They showed up on time with what I ordered. They couldn?t have been nicer. They cleaned up after themselves. I can recommend them to anybody.

They send their expert to take a look of our exsiting awning and gave us an estimate price for all options via email. We are happy of their responds but we decided not to use their service because the cost is above our burget.

They came out to measure the windows to protect the windows from wind, water, and debris. My husband looked up a few companies and he liked this company the best. We really liked them after they came out. I liked everything about this company. They called before they came out and were very professional.

The installer showed up on time, cleaned the windows (I was also hoping that he would clean the outside but that wasn't necessary to put the film on), applied the film, caulked, gave us instructions on how to take care of it and left knowing a job was well done!

We went to Home Safety Solutions and asked about the hurricane film. Pam explained how it works and gave us an estimate based on our measurements. We signed the contract and within a week Steve came to our condo to install the film. I had taken down the valances, but didn't move the furniture away from the windows. Steve took off the blinds, cleaned the windows, installed the film, and put everything back, including the valances that I took down. He came back on the next working day and finished up the application. We are very impressed with him and this company. We would definitely use them again!

I called for an estimate. The office personnel were professional, and helpful. The representative arrived at the house and was very knowledgeable and professional. There was no high pressure selling. The estimator was prompt and when the installers arrived I expected nothing but the best. I hated to spend the money but it was a necessary evil and HHS made it tolerable.

They came out the day they promised for the estimate. They installed the shutters in one day, faster than estimated, and met the estimate. They helped me to make informed decisions that saved me time and money. Excellent job.

They were fantastic. Extremely reliable. In terms of follow through and making sure the customer is satisfied, that seems to be their primary mission. They handled all problems perfectly. They were unbelievable.

It did not go well, overall. Communication was the central problem. The salesperson (Mike) didn't explain the range of product or fastener options. He showed us only the male fasteners (bolts that stick out an inch from the window frames). Female fasteners are much less obtrusive and work in wood frame houses. After installation, there were problems with the fit of the screens. They "bag" a lot, and we were told that is how they are meant to be and that we can t expect the windows not to break. We called the company repeatedly with our questions and concerns, leaving messages with the receptionists. The manager rarely called back when promised. At one point it had been 3 months since we d heard from them; we thought they had abandoned the job. Eventually they did comply with our request to change the fasteners free of charge, but they did not give us compensation for the job taking almost 7 months. We regret using this vendor and wish we better researched the product options.

From his personality, I was quite impressed. However, not so much that I was willing to pay $1,400.00 more for similar products. . . So, regretfully, this firm did not get my business. Instead, I opted to work with Window & Shutter Designs Corp. Based on my experience with sales staff alone (if price had not been a factor), Dave Braund was much more impressive in his knowledge, presentation, and use of samples to demonstrate the pros and cons of various products than the firm who did get the job. But the bottom line counts. . .
