I love my new A/C! The team arrived wearing masks & booties which I really appreciated. They also brought lots of drop cloths, so it was a very clean install. Everyone was very nice and they took the time to explain parts of the process. However, there was one glitch along the way, but Kendall, the owner, was very responsive and on top of it immediately. What I learned from working with him is that Kendall is not happy with an install unless his customer is completely happy. That's customer service at its best!

Kendall gave me a loaner capacitor until he could get the exact size one that I needed so that I didn't have to suffer in the heat. He was professional and courteous, and I would definitely hire this company again.

Harbor Air is heads above any other ac company I have used over the past 36 years. The staff, Kendall, Sharron, Bob, and Wade are not only very professional and kind, but really go out of the way to help you out. This past month I planned a vacation and was leaving on the 11th at 6a.m.. The night before the ac went out and I had relatives visiting while I was away. Do you know they not only did Kendall come right over the next morning he also had the install done the very next day. They have prices no one else can beat, trust me I did quite and extensive search before using them the first time on a rental property I have, but the quality of the work and the warranty they give you is unbeatable. I wouldn’t consider ever going elsewhere. I didn’t return for several weeks and the ac works great! If you are looking for a company that won’t let you down, registers your product for you, and even comes back a few months later to reinspect the unit to make sure everything is doing what it is supposed to do then Harbor Air is the ONLY choice. Kendall, Tiffany and their team are all excellent. When our AC stopped cooling we called and spoke with Kendall (this owner is someone who stands behind the work performed, really shows his care for customers and knowledge of the industry! Plus, a Veteran and family owned local business) who then let us know Tiffany would call us to schedule. Within the hour Tiffany returned the call and had us scheduled for the following morning. Alex (who is extremely knowledgeable) arrived on time and began working to locate the issue. He thoroughly explained the issue and repaired. They called and followed up later in the evening to ensure everything was working properly and we were satisfied. Harbor Air is the only company I recommend to family, friends, and neighbors when in need of any HVAC services! Efficient, knowledgeable, informative, cost of service/repair is very reasonable and always done the proper way! It’s hard to find companies that are reliable and trustworthy- thankful that these qualities were found with Harbor Air.

Had a few glitches getting the right wiring

After my initial review and speaking with Kendall, owner of Harbor Air, I learned that Kendall is both passionate and committed to his business and the customer’s he serves. He takes pride in his work and will go the extra mile to guarantee customer satisfaction.

The gentlemen arrived on time and worked hard in the heat of the day. We scheduled a "Pink Panther" insulation for a late date. We also had them install a KONO thermostat which we are very happy with so far. The guys were great while they were in our home. I look forward to working with them again in the future.The Pink Panther insulation will be blown into our attic space for a cost of 1,100.00 for 1300 square foot home. About the same price as Home Depot, but we like to use local business. The WiFi thermostat from KONO was 250.00. It was a very great price for all that they did. We will have the insulation blown in next week. A really wonderful group of people to work with.

Positive: Showed up on time, compliment with my request that they wear a mask when interacting with me, quick and accurate diagnosis, service call was on the weekend so part Stores closed but tech emailed order for pickup first thing Monday morning, promised to return Monday morning with new motor and install it( usually a red flag that that’s not going to happen), returned first thing Monday morning and completed job!, ran charge through warranty so saved a lot of money, friendly and professional in field and in office on phone. Negatives: NONE! Highly recommend.

Excellent. My AC was not holding temp adn the inside was over 80. I called Harbor Air and they said they didn't have a time but would be able to work me in today. Less than an hour later I got a call that they would be able to get to me in 30 minutes. They were able to diagnosis and add refrigerant, and also checked my drains and cleared one that was clogged but hadn't started leaking yet. Very professional and the bill was less than I was expecting.

Everything went great! They were on time . Talked to me about what they were going to do. Did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left .

It was a great experience using Harbor Air. They came out and replaced the faulty equipment in a timely manner. We did have another issue a few days later and they came out and fixed the issue the same day. I highly recommend using them and they have gained me as a customer for all my ac needs.

Harbor Air and Kendall Gibbons the owner, personally came out the day after Christmas and fixed my problematic ac. They are always fast, knowledgeable and the best prices in town. I've ran a restoration company for 20 years and this is the only AC company I use, refer to family and friends and use for my own home.

Work was fantastic! Customer service, thoroughness and competency are three best characteristics to describe this company owned by Kendall and Tiffany Gibbons. Truly a best service, best price organization. Kept me apprised of progress and suggested additional work yet stuck with original quote. I will continue to use them as my HVAC maintenance provider. I was fortunate to find them especially compared to two other HVAC companies which I contacted and was disappointed in their customer service (attitude) and pricing.

Harbor Air was recommended by my hair styles, and I called them on a Friday and they were out within 3 hours. Alex was the tech that came out and he knew the problem right away. I couldn't been more satisfied with the work, personality of Alex and the whole thing. Highly recommend this company. They will be the one I call from now on!

Kendall and Tiffany were great to work with. They were very responsive and you could not beat their price. I had 4 estimates on the work needed on my house in St. Petersburg and they came in the lowest price BY FAR. I got a little nervous thinking I may "get what I paid for" in a not-so-good way, but they did a great job! A/C works great I have a 10 yr part/5 yr labor warranty included. I couldn't be more pleased and you won't be either. I hesitate to put what I paid on here because they gave me such a great deal, and did a few little things without charge. Believe me, they will be your lowest quote and the quality of the work is top notch. I'd hire them again in a heart beat.

Excellent experience. Kendall diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes, replaced the capacitor and wrapped up the entire job in less than 30 minutes. Air conditioning has been working fine since. I highly recommend this company for HVAC service. Thank you!

Harbor Air solved a two-year old problem with the ICP "Comfortmaker" Air Conditioner that was installed by another company in 2017. During the winter months, a strong chemical odor would enter my home intermittently as the heat was being used. The A/C installation company and the manufacturer had no idea what was causing the problem. After discussing the problem on the phone with Harbor Air, the owner (Kendall) and the lead technician (Alex) came to my house. In a short period of time, they determined that the unit was entering the "defrost" mode when it should not be. They changed the defrost control board and the defrost sensor under warranty and the two-year old problem went away. They recommended a UV light to ensure that my system remained mold and mildew free and I agreed to this recommendation. They also performed my annual service at a special Angie's List price. These folks are responsive and knowledgeable. They are my new air conditioning company! Thanks!

Went great...price charged was as advertised. Alex was great to work with and explained everything he did to maintain our system and explained how it looked overall. Will hire again.
