Everyone we spoke to and worked with - from the owner to the service manager to the laborers - were friendly, punctual, and professional. These guys did a SUPER job and went out of their way to accommodate our time constraints and some other special considerations. I cannot recommend GenereX highly enough.

Everyone I spoke with or dealt with was very professional. Technician was awesome and generator has been working great. I did rate them a "B" in price. I usually complete the service and battery replacement myself. I am aware this would have cost me approx. $130.00 tops to do it myself for the oil and air filter, synthetic oil and the battery. In their defense, I do not have to pay for uniforms, workers compensation etc. However, I think they could easily knock off $50-$100.00 and still have made a good profit. Still, due to their superior service I am about to call them to complete this years service.

Crew came in on time and completed the job in a thorough and professional manner. This included all gas connections, electrical connections, and a detailed explanation of the generator's operation upon completion.

It went very poorly. The people who work there are arrogant and rude. The do everything possible to discourage homeowners from using their service. They are over priced...$125 service call +hourly of $125 + $200 trip charge before anyone looks at anything.

All the work went as planned & all workman were professional to include being very knowledgeable of their portion of the project. I was pleased with the quick responses to my questions. I purchased the maintenance contract & will continue to do business with this excellent company.

Company came out promptly on 6/12 and gave a good presentation. They stated they would have a proposal for me that Friday. I followed up 3 times via email and once during phone with no response. Then out of the blue the owner emails me asking if i received the proposal on 7/20 - i state that it hasnt been received and we engage in several more emails where he states it is on the way. Anyway, it is now 10 days later and they still cant manage to provide a proposal per their email this morning - i am honestly starting to believe that this is some sort of a joke. I emailed them back that i would certainly not select a company this unprofessional to install a generator and perform high voltage electrical work on my house. Save yourself some frustration and look for another company - we ended up going with Henriquez / Suncoast Power Solutions instead.

Kevin from Generx was amazing and provided excellent customer service. He arrived early for the appointment and explained the entire system to me after I told him that it came with the house we had newly purchased. I watched him perform the entire process and he had great attention to detail and answered all of my questions. He even gave me a users manual for my generator since one had not been transferred from the previous owner of our home. We will definitely use Generx again in the future and thanks to Kevin we feel highly confident about are generator going into the peak of hurricane season.

Matt explained everything he was doing. He was professional and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better experieince and will definitely call Generx next year when it is time for the annual maintenace. Thank you, Generx!!

Generx Generator service was excellent...Unsal scheduled service call for same week on generator. When Matt arrived, he performed service inspection and explained everything I needed to know. He suggested a tune-up and had me call office for price. Unsal waived $199.00 service call and only charged me for tune-up performed!

They are very good and very responsive.

Mark and his crews did excellent work. The concrete slab and aluminum stand turned out great. Fit and finish of gas and electrical plumbing are neat and well organized. The only problem we really had was the a/c units( 15 years old) didn't like being moved so they started acting up. Mark's A/C crew came out pronto to restore the cooling functions. I would highly recommend tis company to family and friends.
