GENE DUNN CONTINUOUS GUTTERING

I could not be more disappointed with the professionalism, or lack of, that I experienced with dealing with the job estimator from this company. Can't comment on the company itself or the quality of their work as I never got that far. Their Planner / Estimator, Tom Walker, came to my house to do an estimate on a gutter job approximately 3 weeks ago. He was courteous and seemed to know his stuff - as one should expect. He looked over the job and said that he would email me an estimate in a couple days time. I never received an estimate. Subsequent phone calls I made were full of excuses and promises to get right on it. yeah... didn't happen. I wanted to have the gutters installed before having the yard sodded to avoid the foot traffic and ladders needed for such a job and possibly damaging the new sod. Was told that was not a problem and as recently as this past week was told that the job could be done by the end of the week - well before the new sod was to be laid. Didn't happen. Phone calls now go to his voice mail and are not returned. Could at LEAST return a call to say what the status is of getting to the work I needed done. Also called the company office to see if maybe Tom was in the hospital or had some other reason for not following through on what he had promised. Have yet to bear back from them either. Will move on to another gutter company, but they can't bee here now before the sod is in. Completely wasted 3 weeks waiting (expecting) an estimate and for the work to be done. Didn't happen. TWO thumbs down and I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company to anyone - unless you like being led on and unfulfilled promises.

Did not return phone calls requesting corrective service.
