Description of Work: Hot water heater installed. I would have given straight A's if the first serviceman checked his work before leaving. Granted, it was the end of the day, but I still did not have hot water. The company quickly responded and sent another person out who was able to diagnose it as an electrical problem - thankfully, that was a cheap fix and I then had hot water. Everyone was otherwise friendly and professional.

Involved drilling through cement which was solid instead of hollow and running pipes back & forth plus another into the house laundry room to drain in the sink there. Then I had a drinking water apparatus installed under my kitchen sink. Loved DAVE W. Hard worker, neat & cleans up & doesn't leave a mess. Yep, Dave is a good one, for sure!!

Description of Work: It took 2 trips by 2 plumbers from Friends to install the sink and faucet to our satisfaction. I bought the sink and faucet separately myself. The cost to install the sink and faucet by Friends was a whopping $484.45. The second plumber installed new shutoff valves below the sink instead of bypassing them with additional hose, as the first plumber had done which made more of the under sink cabinet space available for storage. The first plumber was average to below average. The second plumber was above average. We are renters and spent WAY TOO MUCH to install a sink for a two year lease.
