Description of Work: THEY CAME IN AND REPLACED TWO FAUCETS, PIPES UNDER THE SINK, AND A SINK IN THE BATHROOM. HE ALSO PUT IN A NEW HOT WATER HEATER AND FIXED THE PIPING TO THAT. HE ALSO PUT IN A NEW METAL HOSE FOR WASHING MACHINE AND REPLACED THE COLD WATER FAUCET TO THE WASHING MACHINE. HE RECENTLY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR ANOTHER JOB.

Description of Work: I LOST AN EARRING DOWN THE DRAIN OF MY BATHROOM SINK. THE PLUMBER REMOVED THE DRAIN PIPE, CLEARED OUT THE DEBRIS FROM THE PIPE (WHICH WAS SUBSTANTIAL) AND LOCATED MY EARRING.

THAT MAKES ME MAD THAT HE WAS NOT DIVULGING THAT INFORMATION TO ME. I TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD AND FIX IT NOT REALIZING THAT HE HAD LEFT THE HOUSE OR HAD THE CONVERSATION I JUST MENTIONED. I CAN'T HONESTLY SAY THAT I AM HAPPY WITH THE JOB HE DID (I HAVE BEEN THERE SINCE HIS VISIT), BUT I HAVE NOT HAD ANOTHER PLUMBER COME IN TO SEE IF THEY COULD DO BETTER. I CAN'T SPEAK FOR THE PRICE WITHOUT TALKING TO ANOTHER PLUMBER, BUT HIS TACTICS TO TRY AND MAKE MONEY WITHOUT TELLING ME THE WHOLE STORY IS WHERE I AM UPSET. I ENDED UP WITH A NEW TOILET AND THEY GAVE ME A SMALL CREDIT FROM THEIR PREVIOUS VISIT. I WOULD BE HESITANT TO USE THEM AGAIN AND NEVER HAVE THE ORIGINAL PLUMBER IN MY HOME AGAIN. THE LAST TIME THEY SENT A DIFFERENT PLUMBER AT MY REQUEST. I THINK THE CO. IS OK, BUT DON'T KNOW ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES?
Description of Work: REPLACED GARBAGE DISPOSAL & FAUCET IN THE KITCHEN. REPLACED FLUSHING MECHANISMS IN 2 TOILETS. I DON'T KNOW THAT THE TOILET REPAIRS WERE DONE CORRECTLY. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK FOR A 2ND VISIT ON 1 TOILET. LAST WEEK THEY MADE A RETURN TRIP TO TRY AND GET ONE OF THE TOILETS FIXED, SINCE IT WAS NOT UP TO PAR AFTER THEIR LAST VISIT. I HAD MY SONS GIRLFRIEND LET HIM IN, SINCE I DON'T LIVE THERE, BUT DO GO TO THE HOUSE FROM TIME TO TIME, AND HAD BEEN AWARE OF THE PROBLEM NOT BEING RESOLVED. I GOT A CALL FROM THE OFFICE 10 MIN. PRIOR TO HIS APPOINTED TIME, AND MY SON'S GIRLFRIEND ARRIVED EXACTLY AT 10AM; THE START OF THE APPOINTED TIME, SO HE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT. IT WAS HIS CHOICE TO ARRIVE EARLY. HE WENT IN AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM FOR ANOTHER $73.00. HE TOLD MY SON'S GIRLFRIEND THE COST INVOLVED, SAID SHE WOULD HAVE TO TALK TO MY SON AND WOULD LET HIM KNOW. SO HE LEFT THE HOUSE, BUT LEFT ALL HIS TOOLS BEHIND.

Description of Work: HAD OUTDOOR IRRIGATION LINE BREAK AT MASTER VALVE. MADE OF PVC OF INCORRECT THICKNESS. SPRAYING MY HOME, NEIGHBORS HOME, AND FLOODING THE YARDS. FRIENDS CAME OUT IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES, INSTALLED NEW CORRECT PIPE, AND COMPLETED THE REPAIR.

 + -1 moreTHIS IS THE SECOND JOB WE HAVE HAD DONE BY FRIEND'S PLUMBING. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. RATES ARE REASONABLE. WE HAD TO HAVE OUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL REPLACED, AND THE OLD ONE WAS SMALLER THAN THE NEW ONE. THIS REQUIRED THE PLUMBER TO ADD AN ELBOW JOINT AND RECONFIGURE THE PIPING UNDER THE SINK. THIS WAS DONE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THE DISPOSAL INSTALLED WAS A NAME BRAND IN-SINK-ERATOR AND CAME WITH A 3-YEAR WARRANTY.
Description of Work: PLUMBER CHECKED OUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND DETERMINED WE NEEDED A NEW ONE. HE REMOVED THE OLD GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND INSTALLED A NEW ONE WHICH HE PROVIDED.
