Description of Work: Complete roof replacement. I did not answer would I use Acoma roofing again only because I have a warranty and therefore must use them. I probably won't recommend them or @ best relate the experience I had. I am not sure about the date in Aug. when work started.

Description of Work: Acoma fixed a small leak from my roof and they also cleaned by roof. The repair is done, but the solution they used on my roof has not sufficiently cleaned the roof. It is a environmentally friendly solution and I was told that it could take several months for the roof to look 100% clean, but it still looks dirty to me. They did come out for a second cleaning and I'm going to have to call for a third time. They do come out without a problem to clean it and are very professional. I would still recommend them to others, but not sure I would use the same solution although I do like that it is environmentally friendly.

Description of Work: I would have used this provider last year but decided to use Gulf Coast Inspection due to past experience.....What a HUGE mistake I made.....Took over a month to do the repair that Acoma said would be done in several days....Grossly overcharged me for lumber and totally took advantage of me in my TRUST of him....I had prior experience with Acoma and should have used them .. Acoma Roofing Inc. has no record of [Member Name] contacting us for an estimate. We called[Member Name] on June 9th and 10th and left messages on his voicemail in an attempt to investigate by which means he had tried to contact us, email, voice mail, etc. He has not returned our calls. We moved to a new location on Friday 6-6-2014, possibly his message was lost when the phone lines where reported to the new offices. We are very sorry for his experience. We strive for excellence in all we do. It starts in the office with the first point of contact and carries through to project completion. If [Member Name] would contact us again we would certainly make every effort to make up for this oversight.

Description of Work: I received quotes for my leaking flat roof from 3 "A-rated" roofing companies I found on Angie's List. I chose Acoma because their estimate was close to others, the estimator did a great job of explaining what needed to be done & why, the workmanship guarantee was 10 yrs vs 5, and the longevity of the family business.
